Visited for diagnostic tests, the first thing I noticed is all machines and equipments were of top company (GE) it really gave the confidence.

The doctor was very polite, explained the test procedure which calmed nerves which is important before tests.

The staff was very helpful. Thank you all.

I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. I went for abdomen CT scan they charged me 6000 which is only cost 2500 to 3000 around.
They make you keep waiting for long sometimes there machines are not working sometimes there technicians are enjoying holidays.
As a patient I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had consulted Dr. Navdeep (Neuro) for numbness in hand and sudden speech issues. Dr. Navdeep explained the problem, all procedures in detail and answered all our queries with patience from day 1. I had to be admitted urgently due to my situation for 4 days in Indo Gulf and it was a very comfortable stay for me. All throughout his daily checkups he kept updating us of the process and that things are fine. He is very positive in his approach and interactions. I must say all the support staff and nurses were very supportive throughout as well. All tests and procedures, health monitoring were done properly and timely. I had no issues at all. Thank you to the entire staff for being there during my difficult time.

Doctors are very good and diligent and probably the reason hospital is popular. But the rest of the staff, ward boys etc. Are very tardy and lazy. The basic care of admitted patient like daily freshening up, change of clothes etc. Is not regular and is only done after constant reminder by patient/attendent. Cleaning is also not regular.

It's been 7 years we are in regular touch with Dr. Navdeep Kumar for my MiL, which we (all family members and doctors in Malaysia also) can his prescribed medication and treatment is best in class. With 2 brain strokes, it seemed an impossible recovery but with his constant support and followups she is back with a good confidence.

Pathetic washrooms ever! Even the public toilets are better than here. The staff is unpelasant.
