I don't know about all things in indu scan but when last time I am going for giving blood sample there is one collection boy who's name is vipin kumar he is good person

Last time I am going for giving blood sample and the I am meet Amit name boy who is sample collection boy in indu scan he is a good person.

Staff behaviour is good and they are cooperative all time, report and facilities are very good

Very bad services.doctor never comes on time. Also the reception is not organized. I would never recommend anyone to get your testing done here.

Went there for ultrasound and the experience was pathetic, the radiologist treated her subordinates so rudely, dint even address my concern, the report was right but the behaviour was unacceptable. I was suffering from pcos and in this usg i got to know that its clear, she treated me as if i wasted her time and effort as she found nothing. Please teach her that degree alone wont bring her success. Treating with kindness will!

This is the worst diagnostic center I have ever seen.a radiologist Menu Umar, I don't know she is a dr or not what attitude she have. Her behavior is very rude n unacceptable this is my worst experience becoz of her. The lab authorities should have to through her out.she don't knw how to talk to patient.she is misbehaving with me. I don't knw why should I not slapped her on face for her rude behavior. I advised to everyone not to go indu diagnostic in her presence save ur time and money.

Dr. Meenu Amar is the worst radiologist of the India. Very Frustated lady.her nature is very rude to the patient.

One of the worst Pathology ever the Billing front life staff is very rude and dont how to talk to customers their behavior is very Bad towards the patients One of the worst experiences the Boy who sits on billing at is worst not speaking to dont have manners will not recommend this Pathology to anyone they treat customers as Silly people.

One of the worst diagnostic centre in Lucknow. Whole management is in pathetic condition. They let you wait for whole day for a simple ultrasound. The person performing the usg, don’t have a bit of knowledge. Staff are not friendly & don’t tell u right time of test and report. Will never recommend anyone. Very bad experience.

Collection of stupid people, They don't will tell you at the time of taking mony there are 5 people after them your number, I was reach here 1: 00 o'clock if we consider 30 min for 1 then our patient will time of Check-in for emri is 3: 30 pm but they it's been 4: 30 pm now and saying for reports tomorrow after 11 am.

What nonsense people are there don't know important of life even no manner to talking to people.

Very unprofessional front desk, very rude staff and very immature handling of clients.
Billing desk is not even a bit versed with medical abbrivations.
Even BT and CT needs to deliberated as bleeding time and clotting time for getting tests done on phone or simply the counter staff says "yeh samajh nahi aaraha kya hai, baki kara derahe hain ".

It is good place for pathological test and ultrasound. This center has experienced doctors and well behaved staff. I am happy with good services of this centre at genuine price.

Worst management and communication systems. Needed to get endoscopy done.experience was horrible. Lot of waiting.worst health facilities.

I regret to choose them - CT scan process was smooth but report collection amid pandemic was complete disaster.

Let me share details -

30 Apr morning 6am reached for Hrct scan check on urgent basis. Charged 3250 INR. Cash.

They called me 10am to take reports by 6.30 PM. I called them 4PM to confirm to avoid unnecessary rush at couter, if no report . They assured to collect report by 6PM as 7PM curfew would be started.

I reached 6PM at counter. After 15 mins found my reports were not there and they had one line 24 hours min. Cmon why did you call me - to create Corona hotspot and make me sick?

There was so safe distancing, almost all patients were coming and found call centre shared incorrect information to collect report. Honesty this basic mistake made this public gathering as corona hotspot. I asked their staff to not do so else need to call police for such severe negligence. This honest on spot review pinched them but not their mistake. Cool!

They sent me to control room to discuss with their admin senior. I stand with complaint coz this was matter of life.

More painful was to see his 0 medical expertise and basic awareness -He was wearing no mask and crying why I raised complaint. I treated him equally.

I respect all medical staff how they are working in overload and I repeat I love them. But  staff need guidance how not create more panic in public with such stupid things.

All I can say, their call centre need basic training. Their command centre team needs to be changed as they are adamant not hearing honest review and putting life in danger - A Crime.

I am forwarding this incident on CM portal and copy with PMO India as well why not to initiate legal action on such severe negligence on such people.

Note - after 30 hours they shared whatsapp report - thank you though report details are very less informative without all lungs details

A bunch of incompetent unprofessionals looting the public. Please please anyone reading this dont ever think of going here.

The staff is rude and lousy. The waiting period is like forever and doesn’t reply on online platforms.

Center seems very much careless about this prevailing pandemic conditions. Reports are not produced in the promised time, which can sometimes be crucial for the treatments. Please don't fall for nice behaviour during test or scan, but when you expect the result in time, they will fail you. We expect medical centers to be more professional. I am really disappointed with the service. Guys choose wisely if u expect the reports in time. Because late report create doubt in minds and doubt leads to chaos which can further lead to one's own demise. This is not acceptable.

Not a professional diagnostic centre. 2 days back got our HRCT done after taking prior appointment, but still had to wait for 2 hours. And then reports didn't turn till next day, after several follow ups.

Worst experience ever. Very angry with the behavior of the staff. Especially mr. Nishant that guy I don't know on what post he is working there.
They misbehave with my aunt. They forced them for waiting without any reason even when there wasn't any rush in the center. She is also psycatric patient she suffer alot there. I will not going to advise anyone to go there.

Non cooperative staff. Unprofessional and non competitive. My father suffer 3 hrs for just a report. And owner Mr Manoj. Didn't pick mentioned mobile number. Nor recommended.

Worst facility.dr.advised for mri brain.firstly go for the mri.at a time of examination the report will not be given to me.they gave me the film of the mri and said report took after few hours.but after 24 hours the report was not generated.and the reception staff is totally misbehaving.and not gave any type of information regarding.report.they talking to each other.

I m satisfied with billing staff but not all satisfied with ultrasound procedure of that lady doctor. She used such a harsh language with me when i was explaining my problems to her. My doctor suspecting some ovarian disease but she has given only follicles in my ovaries. That was wrong report. I undergone for ultrasound in other diagnostic there I got ovarian cystic disease. So I request to give correct diagnosis and give training to your doctor for well behave with patients. Dr Aakansha Gupta signed in that report.

Worst service
It's been 4 hours no one takes iniciative here.at the time of money deposit they told 1 hours but after that no one talks for patients.

They are only money making center.

I came here for MRI (mrcp) immediately they deposited full amount but no body is giving any token any number etc very poor staff. Unhygienic atmosphere
I suggest whenever your doctor prescribe any test at indu scan just said that prescribe any other diagnostic / pathology center

As i have seen the reviews below. I suspect that really Dr Aakansha Gupta make worst reports as a MD radiodiagnosis she does not posess such knowledge which should she suppose to have. I went for MRI Brain of my baby in the month of march for his persistent brain illness, although staff treatment was good enough but my doctors are not at all satisfied with report of Dr. Aakansha Gupta. My baby's treatment is going on till now with MRI report of sarkar diagnostics. Indu scan suppose to improve this reporting problem and should keep well qualified doctors.

Dr. Aakansha Gupta is worst lady i ever seen, i had gone for an ultrasound of my my mother she is 68 years old, She was unable to hold urine due to disease then Dr. Aakansha Gupta came and abused my mother and spoken very badly as she does'nt know how to treat with patients. I humbly request to the director of indu scan to take strict action againt Dr Aakansha Gupta.

Went for a MRI at this centre. Staff immediately billed me for full amount but no one was ready to give me waiting list number or waiting time. Kept waiting for full day and evening. It was evident that there was something not right here but no one was ready to answer. After 5 pm they were not willing to refund money also.
Very expensive and very poor experience. I wonder how they can be so unconcerned in this era if so much competition.

Horrible staff at reception. No manners to talk.
They take more than half an hour for registration.they dont cooperate with 9 month pregnant women. They made me stand for more than 15 mi s for photocopy and then another half an hour for filling form.
Every daignostic center cooperates with pregnant ladies and they will never make u sit for hours just for registration.

X rays are not clear and even after complaining so they don’t help. Don’t even care enough to give us a clear xray. Total waste of money. Very bad service.

I had a very bad experience with this pathology lab, I certainly wouldn’t recommend this diagnostic centre.

I will never go to this pathology again as they provide the cheap quality scans and charge a lot of money for it.
The staff persons of the Indu scans are also extremely rude and are not competent enough to carry out the work.

Good Pathology, All best Doctors suggest this pathology, reports are quite appreciate, Examine time and report delivery on time.

Worst Pathology in Lucknow, I got my OPG which turned out to be totally faded and doctor asked me to get the new one when I complained about it then the staff started misbehaving. The machines don't work properly, greedy folks, everything is wrong here. Never visit this place they will cheat you!
