Recently I’ve purchased an IPad Pro From This Invent store and their service faculty is so good I’m totally impressed

The staff is not supportive.
Attitude is like they own the store.
They are on different level.
If you want to buy it’s your choice otherwise leave as soon as possible.

It’s on the ground floor in Gaur city Mall. Authentic seller of apple product. I purchased lighting cable for my iPhone and working fine.

Very rude staff… Go to Reliance or Croma… Why you use phone if you don’t want to answer.
I have called them to enquire about some iPhone models and price. It seems they want to reply to only those customer who finalised the model. How a person can finalise almost a lakh rupee phone without asking questions… pathetic, rude behaviour!

They are selling fake products, i bought an charging adapter they told me i will get an bill on email, its been more than an month i didn’t bill.this happens with most of the people

I’d rather go to Reliance Digital or Croma instead of going to this place. I visited the store today to enquire a product and the sales guys weren't bothered to attend or reply me. I kept asking but he kept standing with folded hands. I came out and went to Croma.

I recently visit to the store for buying iphone 13, after comparing price to the other store croma and reliance digital, the price was almost same. So I decided to go again and ask for the green color, but suddenly the sales guy is told me that price is higher than the other colors. I dont understand why there is different prices for the different colors. I was quite surprise to see this in apple authorize center.

I went to the store in early 2021. The staff is pretty unprofessional, behaves as if they are obliging my answering to our basic questions. Should probably get some training from the nearby Croma/RDigital store.

Honest Review - I had a bad experience couple of times before at this store but I overlooked it. This time I cannot hold on to share my experience.

I visited the store to buy apple products on 24th December. There were two male salesperson standing with hands in their hoodies who did not even tried to approach us regarding our requirement. We went to them and told them the product we want and they said "Dummy available nahi hai". In turn I told them that I did not even ask you for the dummy and I asked them for the features to which they replied "Same features hai sabke bas ek do difference hai". The boy in grey hoodie had an attitude of no less than the owner of multi branded store. He had no idea about the features. When asked for price, he again had no idea and confused us. I asked him for the offers and he did not find it important to answer that as well.

You should visit "Reliance Digital" in the basement. It has well trained staff who will explain you everything politely, welcome you, give you BETTER OFFERS AND SERVICES. Please do not visit this store. It has nothing to offer you except disappointment. I have written down to "Apple Customer Care" as well about this and will make sure that a strict action will be taken against this authorized reseller.

I purchased iPhone 12 mini from this store in December 2020 and Srishti from invent gate city mall was very helpful in making sure that we make right decision. She made data transfer also very easy. After seeing her service and Good nature we even ordered airpods in this lockdown 2021. Srishti made sure that I got my airpods on time. She is very cooperative and helpful.
