I bought an Apple phone from the iNvent Apple store indirapuram. As my experience was not so good while making a deal. As they are in sales dealing of high value product, the staff needs more training and should show more politeness to the valuable customer.

It feels like they don't care if you want to buy anything other than iphone, i went to buy an ipad and mac book but the ways they treated i have to literally go to the person to ask when there was no one in the store. The deals were good but attitude of the staff was like we don't care if you wanna buy.

It’s a wonderful invent store located at Habitat center, Indirapuram. Very polite staff and amazing services with all good quality, original and exclusive accessories. They have all apple items and ready serve you in all best possible ways. They are also available over mail and phone and you can request for support anytime.

Didn't like it for their lack of cooperation and service, if a person doesn't get what they are visiting for, then what's the point of going. Wanted to buy the latest collection but it was out if stock. They had put airpods in glass boxes like it's a museum piece. You can't touch it or try it on. Phones were also not available. Wanted to put a glass cover on the ipad, but they didn't take any responsibility for air bubbles, i mean what the h. Total disappointment
P.s. Sir i don't agree with your reply, because air bubbles don't appear or disappear because of the place of purchase, what matters is, how you place it.i was refused a service without even seeing the product that i had with me. No one even bothered to see them. It's a glass cover not a very complicated stuff, you can simply charge a service fee for it, instead of just shrugging of the job. Never mind, will get it done from somewhere else. And as per putting stuff in glass covers, i just don't see the point. You allow much more expensive phones and tablets to be on display while smthing like an airpod, which needs to be checked for fit and comfort, is available only for seeing, it may be a company policy which you have to follow, but then it's apple, it never bothers with ppl's needs.

Very nice place a one person ankit is nice behaviour and good knowledge very cooperative I advice plz visit and contact the se person and good manager Mr. Kamal he clear all doubt and very nice person

Worst sales staff. Very rude with customers. I have been a regular to this store for a few years but the way the staff deals with the customers is not right. It is because of their rude and non caring behaviour i had to go to another Apple Store.
Would not recommend it to anyone.

I got my Apple XR serviced there for mic issue. They charged me Rs. 900. They didn't provide me the bill, not even the job sheet. They told that the bill and job sheet will be sent by email. I didn't receive any.
I got my iPhone serviced on 17th Sept 2022 and added my review on 18th Sept 2022 and then received the bill on 19th Sept 2022. After that they asked me to delete/update the review

Found Pitamber very helpful, even more helpful than other staff sitting at reception and salesperson combined. Worst part is when called to Invent store Indirapuram and asked for technician, the attended asked me to visit nearby service Center either noida or kaushambhi to which I put this question without knowing or inspecting the issue how would you know the issue can be fixed by visiting service Center not yours that is when I asked for this specific person named Pitamber who sits at this Center in technical support- found him again very supportive as always!

I have bought macbook, iphone & my airpods pro from here. This place is well located in habitat centre and staff are well behaved.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from this store. They have a very poor after sales service and pay no heed to the customers request.

I went to Invent store to activate my Apple account and they handled it well. I would recommend it.

The sales guy was least interested in selling and was giving one word answer on detail oriented questions. It seems they are seeling more on brand value of Apple and dont value customer interactions.

Nobody cares for the customer here.went here for the second time. Security guard has been given the responsibility to address customers now.none of the staff came to me to explain the features or reply to my queries.it was worst experience I have ever had at an apple store. Apple should rethink about their decision to let this outlet sell their premium brand.

Cheapest MacBook showroom in Indrapuram. Me and my friend compared the prices from all the stores in Indirapuram and iNvent has the cheapest MacBook Air price. Very helpful staff, got some free stickers also
