Good ambience, hygienic from outside but the services are very unsatisfactory. I got a facial and shampoo from there.
Facial got me reaction, my face is full with bumps and small acnes, the person doing my facial had rough hands which peeled my skin and did it with very high pressure.
Products used was brought in bowls, it was open and not packed in sachets.who does that now.i had no idea what was she applying on face.such horrifying experience.my face is itchy and feel hot in the peeled areas. Reacted massively. On complaining they said they cant do anything, I can show to the doc and get the treatment.
Even a shampoo was not properly done, i felt itchy even after immediate shampoo.
My money and skin both is compromised and such a waste of ttime.
Dont waste your time guys rather call UC.

I finally tried this place and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, beautiful ambience, music and most importantly the service! This place is truly a Gem in the city. I got most of the popular services and loved the hair cut service the most! You won’t go wrong in quality of service here. Each and every staff makes sure you are well taken care of and fully satisfied with the services. Kudos to the team on the wonderful job. Can’t wait to try the massage next!
Update - the massage was heavenly! I slept for sometime after the massage and they were kind enough to let me nap in peace. This is the kind of care and service everyone wants. Must try place and this will be my go-to place going forward.

Great place to pamper urself and for all ur salon needs. Staff is so humble and well trained. From hygiene point of view also place is good. It's a good salon and spa. The manager Rajshri is friendly and accomodating. The therapists are well trained and. Its gives you privacy and peace. Anu Tihan Sammy Seema Anand.and all the others are very good. All in all a nice experience!

I am a regular visitor of Iosis varanasi for past 6 years. The staffs are well trained and very cordial. The focus is on you only when you go for your scheduled appointments. Miss Rajshree is very polite and always adjusts as per your demands. Samy, Teehan and kiran ji are really good at their work. Rest of the staffs also do their work very smoothly and are happy to serve their clients. The charges are very nominal and they also come up with great offers time to time. A must visit place for people who want to have best parlor experiences.

The massage given by Tihan was absolutely fantastic. Probably the best I have had in a long time. The place is quite and clean. Rajeshree and other staff members are friendly and professional. Great experience overall!

I have taken the membership, for 20000 Rs, In Varanasi. They have closed their shop, no employee is taking phone, not a single message from their side.

Worst experience. The center is closed permanently without informing the customers who made advance payments. I feel cheated. Made advance booking of 11000 and now nobody is answering. Such an unprofessional behaviour. Never book them for any important function, they might just pack their bags and run away any moment.

Ok so last review was about a year back and it was 5 star as I can not increase it further it's still 5. I am regular here since last 4 years and must say that hair and beauty staff here is very professional and since I am proper Banarsi and have tried many place I can say one thing for sure that professional staff here is one of the best in Varanasi. I really love 4 'R's i.e. Raaj, Rehman, Rashmi and Reema. If you want a new feel in hair try Raaj. Rehman a must try for guys who want to change their style.
A perfect place to relax and get pampered. Ambience, music, aroma (though missing these days) everything perfect.
Though not very happy with the front office these days as it is really tiring to get appointments you really need to plan in advance to get the desired timings, busy place.

Very bad experience lately! They used expired product on my skin and i had rashes while my skin is not even sensitive and i never have such issues. On complaining they gave an excuse and did not even apologise and instead stopped replying. I have been to several parlours in my life but none of them had such bad customer service!
