IPSUM DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE

Great hospital. I had my delivery here - that was normal. They do not push you to have c-section until u have that option. They were very kind and staff behaviour was good. Doctor Asha Mishra was the best who did all the stuff. Other than this they had all equipments to carry on the procedure. I was all happy as everything from being admitted to the discharge was done carefully.

I met with some best staff - Mr. Anurag Singh,
Rajat Singh and others I did not catch the name exactly.

It's been 45min still waiting for doctor.
Call pe yh bola gya 3 patient ho gye hai sir. Tb doctor ne bola ki 15 min mein aata hu. 1 hota toh m sure 7 bje tk walk krte hue aate doctor uncle.

Good facilities but lousy staff. I wonder if they ever received any kind professional training. It's horrendous the way they speak to the clients. Also, I did not notice all the COVID-19 protocols being followed. It should be criminal for a medical facility to do that.

Very poor service today I visit gomtinagar centre for my wife xray.waiting time is too long receptionist well behaved but xray technician gaurd and support staff is vry rude.l never suggest for this centre.

My ICU patient came here at 2: 30 PM and not got MRI till 4: 17 PM still we are waiting with critical condition.
He is having Brain hemorrhage and in critical condition.

Not value for money beacause All charges for better health services but no experience person in this center Unprofessional staff…. In X-Ray…. I don’t visit again….

Worst Experience. My mom went there for ultrasound but the way doctor behaved to her was shameless, talked so rudely and even dare her to give wrong reports. I want strict action against that doctor who did ultrasound (his surname was may be Gautam). The staff was very rude including those nurses too just got job and know nothing about how to tackle patients.
If Not Possible then Go and shut your this money making shop so called diagnostic centre.

I appreciate the level of hospitality offered by the staff. USG reports timings is very good. Other facilities of Pathology and Radiological reports standard are also excellent.

Recently I visited IPSUM DIAGNOSTICS, and I must say it is the most favorable, distinguished and compassionate place for patient care and safety standards. Unbelievable legacy portrayed for patient support. All the services offered are definitely of superior quality. Highly appreciative.

When you step in the arena, the ambience of work culture, ethics exhibited by any staff be it from Helper staff, the reception and Technical staff being highly commendable. Extremely helpful and devoted professionals for patients care.

My review is about the MRI. There is no difference between the government and here's management, if you have time to waste then come here because you will be told wait for 20 minutes but you will be called for the examination after hours. They don't understand the importance of time of the patient.

Great experience. A one stop destiny for your all health related examination. Staff is highly cooperative. Reports are given timely. Experienced and dedicated professionals. The best in the class. Highly recommended.

That was my wrong decision when I choose this diagnostic centre for the diagnosis, that was really the worst experience of mine tht i ever had in my life.all the staff members including even Doctors too, don't know how to talk with a patient.soo rude they all
The way of tackling patient problem is really shameful in this diagnostic centre.

Staff is not cooperative. I visited this diagnostic center today for x-ray. No any staff helps me for the same. I have asked for x-ray from staff on reception many times but he was not giving any information for the same.

Staff is not cooperative at all and tries to make fool of patient when they are not able to provide proper service and asked for refund. I could not make much difference between this centre and a sarkari thakehaal place. Total waste of time. They are so fast in taking 4k for mri but will do all drama to provide refund.
If you want to see, check past reviews of this place by sorting reviews according to stars and will find that this is not one off instance.

It was a satisfactory experience. I went there for MRI and the staff was very supportive specially Shivam Kashyap who attended us and helped us with all possible way. I would recommend this centre to others as well.

If they don't have particular facility then also they will submit the fee and make you wait for hours.
At last they will say you to visit other place for the check up.

Good environment. I went there for MRI.as soon I reached there i got the appointment for the same and got my MRI done in minimum time. The staff was very helpful and friendly, specifically shivam. Clean and well arranged area with nice parking area. Great changing and other facilities. I will highly recommend ipsum for the diagnosis. You will get most of the facilities under one roof.

Good service, hygienic place. But the price is a bit high. I came from mfine app reference so I had a discount coupon, otherwise MRI is expensive here. It takes a little longer to wait but still the services satisfy.

It was a good experience, staff was supportive and well behaved and CT scan is done smoothly and report is available on time.

Best but charges to little high for ultrasound. If you don't have any doctor slip for discount then you have to pay full charge. This should be Lil equal.

It was a nice experience. Mr Anurag assistance was so helpful and above all Mr. Anoop from CT scan. Dept.was very kind. A must go for CT ANGIO.

I went for diagnostic test and found everything satisfactory. I would recomend to others as well Specially I want to say thanks to Mr. Anurag who attend me and help to get this done in timely manner. His way of working is very nice.

Worst experience.
Particularly Sarvesh Shukla doesn't know how to speak. Behaves as if he's is Prime minister!
They called me twice for blood test where for the first time blood collection was not done correctly. Apart from this urine collection was not mentioned by staff but bill was generated and payment was collected. So, when I told Sarvesh that it's their mistake and I cannot bring the infant again and report should me emailed to me, his response was "it's your problem", after this I told that it's your mistake and you should accept mistake instead of telling me that it's my problem.
Instead of being appologetic he told me to leave and told me that "you don't know to whom you are talking too". I raised this to rest of the staff who were very supportive and helped me recollection of sample and report generation.
I could have told Sarvesh what he really is.
I request IPSUM authority to take strict action on this kind of behaviour.

Hospitality is v v nice staff is very helpfull specially Deepak ji, babita, himanshi and rest other also helped me a Lott.
I recommend this hospital to everyone.
