The service center person totally misguides you. Please check this before taking apointment.

1.) I call them and a agent came to inspect (I paid him 360 ruppee for inspection) my TV and said that there is motherboard issue so will repair it and it will cost 1.1k.
As they are asking 300 ruppee for taking the TV, I myself take the TV to service center.
2.) The service center, took the tv and didn't told me that 200 ruppe will be charges again 2nd ispection (Which is already done)
3.) Now next day I recieved call and they told me that it will whole motherboard will be change.
Yesterday, I have have collected my Tv and today I have repaired from local store in just 1.5k

Nominal charges and brand trust service.

Main call centre transferred my complaint call to JP electronic Noida and their technician just had a look from outside of my sony 55 inch tv and said backlight damaged 16000 charges and then I visited Vaishali centre they checked and identified motherboard fault which is repairable and rectified in service charges only.so i paid 1778 (including taxes) and TV back to life.fir the same Noida JP centre mechanic asked 16K officially or 12K without bill

Asks a lot of money, the product is not worth as much as it asks for money to repair it.very bad service center. The cost of the Sony system itself is 16500.then how can the cost of one card be 14500/ plz tell me

Response to slow, monopolistic approach with parts & too costly price.his service manager approach not customer friendly.

The main reason for all the international companies sinking in India is their service center.
I use Sony's sad40 home theater and there was some problem in it which I went to show it. After going there, neither did they listen to me nor did they think of fixing my problem.
He was in a very relaxed mood and just wanted to relax, he told me that you will buy a home theater for as much as you can get it fixed, I asked him how much it would cost?
He answered me all the four speakers of home theater will come for ₹ 5000
I love my home theaters, I bought them very hard and didn't want to lose them so I went to a nearby local square and they fixed all four speakers for ₹300 and now I can enjoy music comfortably.
Whatever Sony products you use, please stay away from this service center, it will make you spent both your time and money

Helped me replace my faulty device. You must know what is wrong with the device. They'll try their best to avoid replacement and make it look as if it isn't covered under warranty.

Excellent service Center for Sony products. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Genuine charge of repairing with customer satisfaction.
