Doctor is polite, staff behaviour is also good. But one thing I will recommend don't buy medicines from the medical store which is inside the hospital. They sell medicines on printed price. Instead buy medicines from any other medical store. You will get some discount.

The hospital is very good. Dr. Dilip Mani is very kind and helpful person. The staff here is also very good. The best thing here is the management, people understand us very well and also understand our helplessness.

यहाँ स्टॉफ का पर्ची लगाने का तरीका सही नही है और स्टॉफ मनमानी तरीके से पर्ची लगाते हैं इस बात को डॉ साहब को संज्ञान मे ले और पर्ची लगाने के और मरीज को क्रमवत देखने का तरीका ठीक करें और स्टॉफ द्वारा मरीज से सही फीस लें.

गोरखपुर का सबसे घटिया हास्पिटल है।
यहां के रिसेप्शन स्टाप अपनी मनमानी करते हैं. पेसेन्ट से 300रू फिस कि जगह 1000रू मांगते हैं जो दे देते हैं उनको पहले दिखला देते हैं. यहां पर नम्बर लगाने का कोई मतलब नहीं है सिर्फ पैसे लुटा जाता है ।

Gall bladder stone operation of my mother has been done in this hospital. Worst hospitallity, mummy was in pain throughout admission but there is no any alarm system so that patient can call maid for help. Dr.who operated surely he was not Dr Dilip Mani, didn't take care of urine pouch. All old system is running here. Worst than government hospital. Overall don't select this hospital for bladder stone surgery

डॉक्टर तो बहुत अच्छे हैं लेकिन यहाँ के जो स्टाफ हैं बहुत ज्यादा बदतमीज हैं ये मरीजो और परिजनों के साथ गलत तरीके से पेश आते हैं खास कर के नंबर लगते हैं ओ ये मुँह मे गुटका लेकर बदमिजो तरीके से पेश आते हैं

Lack of professional practice and Senior Docs are only interested in OPD not in patients operation. There cleaning staffs are worst and even come in room for " Kharcha barcha".

बेहद खराब अस्पताल, पिछले दिनों इस अस्पताल के स्टाफ के लापरवाही से एक लड़के की तबीयत इतनी बिगड़ गयी उसे रेफर करना पड़ा, जिसके कारण इलाज में देर हो गई और मौत हो गई

My experience was best here, Doctors treat friendly with patient and their family bt worst staff specially on cash counter they have another level attitude and do not give right information.

Worst hospital ever, no parking, few wheelchairs are there in this hospital, I didn't get wheelchair for my father, when you enter in this hospital you will see lack of staff, cleanliness, indisciplined staff who don't have any information, firstly the receptionists are not available at the reception and when they come they will clearly say they don't know anything, you have to wait and smell urine which you can't avoid sitting in waiting area. Doctors are not availableavailable, how can government give permission to still run this worst hospital?

The condition of hospital premises is worst than Govt hospitals. No cleanliness, everyone is chewing tobacco including staffs, and sweepers are removing needle in place of nurses. We can only hope that hospital management will look into this matter.

डॉक्टर अच्छा है लेकिन अस्पताल का प्रबंधन बहुत खराब है। आपको सुबह 5 बजे केवल अपने मरीज और पंजीकरण सितारों को 8: 30 बजे से पंजीकृत करने के लिए कतार में खड़ा होना पड़ता है। अगर कोई व्यक्ति gkp से बाहर है। यह उनके लिए बहुत मुश्किल है। उम्मीद है अस्पताल प्रबंधन इस समस्या का समाधान निकालेगा।

बहुत ही बदतमीज़ी से बात करते हैं सही जानकारी नही देते हैं हॉस्पिटल सही होने का क्या फायदा जब स्टाफ ही सही न हो

Not good. Bcoz employees do not listen and help patients and their parents. Improper behavior shown by both doctor and this hospital employees. They don't provide good facility below the average as the cost they charge.

1 of the worst hospital of city. They loot the poor peoples.every thing u have to pay even they will force you to purchase gloves and syringes inspite of paying all the expenses.
Dont come here better go to lucknow and get better treatment in minm cost.

For ex. I am detailing here. I had 6 mm stone in ureter to operate it through laser doctor said expenses will be 30000 rs. But from admit to discharge they made it 50 thousand for 1 stone of 6mm.

Suppose if i had stone in both kidneys then cost would had been 1 lacs.

Insuranse assistance manager is stupid he dont cooperates.

All the staff is very unprofessional.reception staff will force you to appoint every time as a emergency.

Behaviour of Dr. Dineshmani Tripathi is very bad and cruel. He is a money maker Machine. First he catches the patients for Operation and after Operation his behavior is changed for patients (after making money). After Operation all works are done by so called untrained compounders. If any queries are made by patients, Dr.behaves like a criminal. This happened with me during my father treatment who is 72 years old. Government officials should conduct an incognito visit and see the loot kand and behavior of this hospital.

Dcotors are not on time and especially the doctor who does the ultrasound is always unavailable and after asking his compounder we get to know that he is resting at his home such a irresponsible doctor. They give value to money first after that they will put youn in the queue and after that you will have to wait for your turn doesn't matter how serious your patient is.
