Good place to visit. A normal citizen can visit only their museum which is underground and no photos are allowed. The building with elegant architecture you see is only for the events, not sure if a normal person on the day of event can visit there. Apart you don't have to pay for any ticket or parking or guide you meet there, but you have to take ticket from the counter and also you can shop some stuffs which is placed near the counter like t-shirts, mugs, etc. Overall its a nice place i mean you're not paying for anything.
The place is quite awesome and when should go and and I am definitely sure about that you find something interesting about Mr jayaprakash Narayan the Indian political thinkers and also he sacrifice a lot to get India to be independent.
The place is a memorial/ museum for late. Jp Narayan. A 7star hotel under the same name is under-construction. The museum is excellent. Although there weren't a lot of visitors. It provides a very exhaustive account of JP Narayan's life and works. The place is clean and very well maintained. It also has audio guides and a theatre where a documentary on his life is played (only if there are good number of people). There is also a merch store near the ticket counter.
