Sony authorised service centre for all Sony products including TV, Audio, Phones, PlayStation etc. Simple walk-in process, usually there's no rush. They don't charge for consultation. Make sure you carry all documents - Bills, Warranty papers either physical copies of Scanned versions for smooth process.

The Service Centre is very good I submitted my PS4 Slim 1 TB on 9th Sept 2022 (which I purchased on 18 Th 2017 from Sony Authorised Store from Mehta Store Dlf Mall of India Noida). The problem was that it was not reading disc.
My product was out of warranty so I showed them my invoice and warranty card and they gave me a job sheet.
The next day I received an offer for Rs-23,992 and then I made the payment on Sunday and by Tuesday they sent the request mail to sony for replacement unit and by 16 September I received my brand new unit with all the accessories like controllers, cords, charging cable, hdmi cable and earphones just without the games that’s obvious because it’s a replacement unit and the unit was manufactured just last year in December 2021.
So I highly recommend just replace your PS4 with the authorised service Center.
P.s. - You have to give all your accessories without the games you received in the bundle when the replacement unit arrives.
Thank You for Getting me the replacement unit in one week.

I had given 40" Led TV for repair as 6 time red blinking coming.
Technician takes my TV to service center after 5 days they informed some small parts will change.
They never pick calls easily, wheather on landline & their manger sushant is always ignore customer calls.
After 2 days I had called said strongly then they I got a chance to speak to Engineer who is doing job, he said we fixed parts but still problem exist snd I am repairing motherboard.

After on 9th day they sent TV that it is ok.
I had seen TV & noted that there is lot of dust inside display, which shows on display.
Some oranges shade also showing.
I am not at all satisfied with the service.
They are unprofessional & don't have knowledge and big thing is that they are damaging brand name of SONY in market.
I will advice not to give ur TV for repair at this center.

Pathetic experience.

Highly unprofessional. The reception lady is very slow. They dont value for time. I would not recommend any one to take any service from them. I have headphone which i have asked for repair but they told that it won't be repair and it has to replaced from sony after 20% value of sony website price.after that i have repair from any other service centre free of cost. They have wasted my 1 hour for without any reason. Ver very very very slow response as well as service.

They are most unprofessional. Our Sony music system was picked up by them on 22Apr for repair under warranty. Till date there has been no feedback from them accept one call two or three days after pickup stating its problem. They do not respond to calls and till date we haven't received any update from the service center regarding our system. It is really disheartening to see such a callous attitude from a renowned company.
Wouldn't recommend Sony to anyone as there after sales service is pathetic.

Never ever visit or handover your TV to this service center even if they pay you for the same else you will not get the same what they took, you know what I mean.

Bunch of cheaters are collaborating here with the common Aim of money making by all means to the max irrespective of anything what so ever come across.

Dec 2021 my Sony 49 LED showing partial pic, on complaint engineer visited and suggested inverter card change for rs. 3000 (1000 adv + 2000 on fixing). With replaced card it worked for 3 months approx and last week of March 2022 whole screen was not coming just Sony logo and 4 buffering circles at the time of booting and than blank screen with 6 RED lights.

Again complaint made, same engineer visited but he suggested issue with either back light or panel or something else but not inverter.

He took the TV to lab and share quotation of rs. 30000 for penal replacement or rs. 6000 for panel repair.

Seeing exhorbident price, thought of second opinion which flashes my eyes when came to know it's still same inverter card faulty for which rs. 3000 already paid.life of new replaced was for 3 months only.

Now neither they are replacing correct card for which they have charged rs. 3000 not refunding it.

Mr. Sushil, Mr. Nishant are Service Manager.
Mr Jitender is owner.

Even Sony customer care and Sony Escalation team has been approached multiple times in last 2 weeks but so far no action. No engineer visit, no response over mail.

Will be taking this to consumers court, media, press, MP, MLA, related ministry soon.

Horrible customer service! An employee named Prashant Gupta hung up without resolving the issue. Such rude and disrespectful attitude is not appreciated. A terrible experience. I would not recommend this company's services to anyone at all!

I got my DVD player repaired. Though it took ample time to get the part replaced but I liked the fact that they were very responsive and updated to me the status on their own. I did not have to escalate or ask for status, as they were constantly keeping me posted. Plus i felt it was value for money too.

No semblance of any kind of customer service. Unless you go there personally, no one bother to answer the phone or provide you with an update.

My sony 20K mah powerbank stopped charging within warranty period when i visited them they asked me to submit the device for checkup and after few days i received an update saying that the device cant be repaired n the device was out of production hence they will be issuing a refund, i shared my bank details and also a form they asked me to fill in. After another 2-3 days they called me and said that the refund would not be possible and asked me to collect my device.
Worst experience out of all service centers.
They were not very sure about what to do with the device and at the end they just refused to give any valid explaination regarding the refund not being processed.

The worst place to get your system repaired
It is way much better to buy a new product rather than getting it repaired from JAYPEE ELECTRONICS
No response from the staff
Whenever I call them they always put my call on hold and say that a mail has been sent to the company and there is no reply from their side

I had given my system 3 weeks ago for replacement and was told that they will send me an update after
2-3 days there was still no response
I always used to hear that a mail has been sent and there is still no response from the company

They always say that they will call or message me within 1-2 days but they just don't care about getting the customer updated on their product

It has been 3 weeks since I submitted my system to them which was under warranty and when I asked them about the time I will have to wait their answer was the same that "" we can't tell you how much time it will take we haven't received any response from the company"

I gave my TV to be repaired a month ago, they are dilly-dallying its repair repeating the same thing over and over again. SO SLOW

It was my mistake not to believe on the reviews which portray the exact feedback. They could not pick up my TV from sector 62 Noida, it's ok due to manpower constraint I can understand but at least they should have told this, just lingered for 7-10 days. It's been more than a month since I had left my TV to the centre. The 3 numbers given are never been picked up even on continued try, & once in blue moon when you are lucky to get through the call, the receptionist/ customer care executive don't have any idea when it will be repaired. On requesting for senior executive intervention your call be be disconnected.
A brand is known by the quality of its products & the services it provides. Why Sony has not withrawn its association with this center even after so many complaints & negative feedbacks, is difficult to understand. It's giving a bad name to Sony. Hoping to get my TV back. Will try not to buy Sony products in future & will share my experience too.

I was not informed about the repairs to be made to my music system, and they even fixed the CD player and charged to the cost.

The technician is a genuine guy, otherwise they are not professional in their services.

On 11' th June 20 I submitted my ps4 slim to their service centre, they provide me the "Job Sheet" and asked me to wait for another 2 to 3 days. They said they are sending an Email to Sony for the replacement and they will let you know how much it will charge you for the new PS4. As per the policy repair is not possible so what sony will do they will charge you some amount and they will provide you a new PS4 aalim 1 TB model which u already have. I waited as they asked me to do. After few days again I contact them they said sony is not responding to their email.and I have to wait till the time they are not responding on our e-mail. Now after few days again I conected them and they said they send an email to the ASI of the noida to look in to this matter and it will it another 3 to 4 days, as I am a customer and I do not have any other choice to wait. Today when I called them again their store managerbsaid they can't do anything as even ASI of the noida is not even responding to their e-mail.

I just want to understand here what the hell is going on. Is this a joke? No one is repsoonding on e-mail. Basic ethics everyone forget. Now because of this why customer have to suffer because of ur negligence towards ur work.

Request to all the other sony customer do not go this service centre. They even can't handle the situation morover they are so rude.

Unfortunately this is the only service centre designated by Sony to cater to NOIDA, dealing with them is huge pain, their call centre employees either do not pick up the phone or are absolutely clueless. Service engineer takes the cake, I was told that my residence was too far for the him to visit. Never ever have I heard this response from service team of any other company. I wonder why Sony is sticking with this centre. Every interaction with them is more frustrating that the previous one. I wish Sony India could provide its customers a better care

They replaced me old sony phone with a new one as old one they cant repair. They gave me relacement of a same model phone which they say is new, unused, buy lots of hardware issues in it. Now power button has stopped functioning and they have ordered the button for 15 days now but it has still not come. And they gave me time of 7 days

I gave my sony xb32 bluetooth speakers because after one month battery was draining so fast 8/1/2020 and today 20/1/2020 every time they says sorry sir we send mail but Sony doesn't reply I think sony made garbage product and worst service center if you don't replace my product why you made product like garbage.

Very professional behaviour and their service is very well managed. Gave my sony headphones for repair. While their ETA was one week, they repaired it in 4-5 days itself. My headphones are back to being new.
