Best hotel to stay because there food and bed quality is very nice for me 10/8 over all good to go!

Excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyed. I loved the kesar kofta so much so that I can go back just for it. Also the baked boondi malai dessert is so so delicious OMG.

Huge lawns, chirping of birds, clean pools. Has enough for both indoor and outdoor activities. Go there with your family. Everyone will enjoy from kids to elders

A 5 star hotel with plenty of green lawns, very well maintained lush green gardens, plenty of space in playing area, very good rooms, service is just a call away.

My Name is Parth and I Stayed in the Property on 10-11 jan this year and lost my Phone at their hall named Deewan-e-aam when I Reported this incident to Management and requested them to search by cctv footage they said we did not find your phone in the footage then after 2 days when I again visited from my hometown which is 300 km far from the hotel they showed the footage to me where the cctv camera has no recording just before the 8 min when incident took place. 0/10 for surveillance team.
Ask them many times to connect my call to the General Manager they always gives the excuse and till now No Satisfactory Answer from the Management and the Security.

The ambiance of the hotel is really good, the food in the restaurants is overpriced. Although, there is a good Restaurant by the name Pinch of spice nearby.

Also, if you like to play games then there is a whole gaming room which includes bowling, air hockey, pool and foosball. Outdoor games are also available. The Gym has most of the equipments.

The only negative point was that the servicing is very slow in the hotel.

The greens in the property are very well maintained. Good sized property with very beautiful landscape. The rooms were comfortable too. Overall a good property for a family hideout. Strongly recommend the same when you are in Agra next.

Jaypee palace agra is well known for its landscape, My review is not about what's known about Jaypee, instead I would pen down about SANJAY SINGH, one of the chef who had cooked us a simple dum biryani and mirchi ka salan. I being a frequent traveler crave for home made food and after ages I could savor such delectable biryani and salan. My sincere thanks to Sanjay Singh no words are enough for the delicacy he served.

Excellent food, Excellent aarangement, excellent staff. The architecture of the hotrl is amazing for tourist with good parking space

No smoking rooms. Staff is confused, not very clear with their own hotel. Took me and my friends about 3 hours to get our rooms while we were staying only for a night. The lady at the reception didn't know whether the given rooms had a balcony or not. After all this they gave us an upgrade which seemed nice until they started acting very rudely. Only good thing about the hotel was the gaming room.

Beautiful landscaped gardens with amazing green views. Spread out areas are ideal for outdoor events and large gatherings.

Excellent room service and dinner service specially on Christmas day its located near the ring road which is superb to tourists came very easily to this hotel

Great stau, but glitches since it neefs little maontanence. Found by wardrobe door was stuck and would not close.

Dosas in breakfast were best.

Awesome place for large organization and really clean restrooms as well as big rooms. You should not even think for a second if you are planning to organize something big.

Great hotel with lush greenery of 25 acres, it's really reflects like Palace more than a hotel as it name describes it, great hospitality. Smooth check in and welcome was traditional.

A wonderful hotel, very beautiful and comfortable. However, regret an unpleasant encounter with Mr. Sonu at the front desk, who definitely needs a few lessons in hospitality.

The hotel was ok. Service is like a high end hotel but.the rooms are a bit tired and cheap. Also, all restaurants were expensive and the food was disappointing. We had issues with surrounding rooms because of the noise made by screening kids in the corridor at 11pm. After complaining to the reception desk, someone was sent to make the other guests aware of their noisy behaviour so the hotel is very attentive to customers complains. But, the soundproofing was a let down as we could hear all the people passing by through the corridor (and because the hotel is big, lots of people did).

Jaypee has always been one of the best hotels in Agra. The food, ambience and service, all are reliabile and outstanding

Hotel Jaypee Palace is situated away from the city on the Mall Road (Fatehabad road). It's close to the Inner Ring Road exit from Agra-Delhi and Agra-lucknow expressway. Overall the location is good. The hotel provides Valet Parking, but if you wish to park it yourself, the Parking is quite far away from the building area. The hotel is not known for it's food, they have a lot of scope for improvement there.

Hotel ambience was beautiful. Service was average and food quality is poor. Need to be improved really. I didn't like the food taste.

Very nice looking hotel but rooms a bit basic with thin bath towel and flannel size hand towel!
Service in restaurants indifferent - had to clear own plates! Large wedding by swimming pool- guests from which woke everyone at 4.55 am with rap music, shouting and door slamming. They finally gave up celebrations at 7am.
No apology offered by hotel until I told them I would rate them very poor in this review.
Worst hotel on out India stay.

Trying 2 maintain its aura of quaint elegance Jaypee Palace is no doubt a beautiful resort 2 spend yr time in. However d food leaves much 2 b desired and d rooms can do with little more modern touch. But simply loved their decoration and ambience

Beautiful red stone building with an old world charm yet modern in approach. Warm and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet spread is average to be honest. But their banana bread os to die for. Well maintained rooms.

Its was a great experience going over there.me and my cousins had a lot of fun and had a great time.staff was really nice they treated us really very well

Very nice place to stay and very good hospitality. Inner sight of the hotel is very nice and swimming pool and gym area is also there. Rooms are very nice and room service also very good. Bicycles are also available in the hotel to ride and see the outer look of the hotel.
