Technician are very good but the administration who are allocating the service request are insensible. Also they are over charging.

Fraud Company. Worst Support Service. Customer Support Team has standard reply whatever you ask for, either over call or email. Don't fall into their trap. I am losing faith on Flipkart as well because of them.

My experience with Jeevas was very bad. They have nexus with their call centres. No one pick up phones after identifying the complainant.

I have purchased realme 8i from Flipkart but they dilivered me defective product and Jeeves illiterate are not listening to problem.this company have tie up with Flipkart seller for not giving approval for refund of your defective product.i have clear heard this on technician's mobile when he mentioned my mobile faults.names of the technician are Karan Choudhary, Vishal, Gaurav Rawat they all do fraud with customer.strict action should be taken against them

Pathetic service.they do fraud with customer they don't listen to customer problem never give return approval for defective mobile.karan, Vishal, Gaurav all they are have tie up Flipkart seller.

Well the employee was polite and efficient and did the work fast. But their is no board of jeeves so it was tough to find the location So A 2 building their is a blue gate on right you need to enter through that gate and 1 floor their you go jeeves!
