Very poor service. Visited the Jiten gas every day for three days for a transfer voucher. The fist time in life such a bad experience from a gas agency. Working with Armed forces for more than 20 years, trasfer is routine every 2nd or 3rd year, but never faced similar issues from anywhere for a simple transfer. A suggestion to all Armed Forces personal, please return your sylinders at least one week before your movement, otherwise you'll be running behind the jitin gas, in your busy schedule before proceeding on posting, which they will never understand

Very bad service, had a leakage in my cylinder, calling several times, reaching office also but no action is taken to replace cylinder with new

Since 5 month I visited for kyc deletion but agency worker not remove kyc

Delivery system not good mere pass cylinder aya nahi or msg ata hai your cylinder was delivered matlab pahucha nahi rahe h or delivered hogaya ka status bhej diya

Very much problem in transfer of connection, even locally.
Based on your reply requesting suggestions from me, I advise you to improve the following:
1. Place service charges chart in prominent place.
2. Your employees are asking fees without any proper bill. Kindly ensure bill for each service charges received.
3. Prefer online payments instead of cash to reduce the unnecessary/ unaccounted charges.
4. Employee is asking signature on blank paper so that SV would be printed later which is very dangerous. Please
5. Regarding transfer the connection locally, kindly accept online application instead of rejecting it requesting to contact over phone. Otherwise give proper reply for rejecting the application.
6. Please allow SV through DIGILOCKER also. I received each and every SV in Digilocker before my connection to your agency.

Worst service. The phone provided never pick up. Government should close such worst agency.
