Worst society ever if you are planning to move on rent. In this society the landlord and brokers are humiliate tenets. They increased rent without any notice. Flat conditions are also worse. Small wardrobes have given in 2 plus study and they asked 25k for this flat which is totally not value for money. They can ask to vacant flat only after 11 months just for some rupees.during 1 week I saw 20 tenants leave this society due to sudden rent increase. Last year they asked 19 k for this pathetic flat and now suddenly they asked 25 k and also brokers are involved and manipulate the landlords. If anyone planning to move in this society be aware of brokers and also make sure that they will not force to vacant flat in 11 months.

Good 3 BHK flats with separate area for study and worship place. Decent sized halls and rooms
Didn't like the rooms setup though, all 3 rooms are attached together. No privacy in the bedroom.
Total 4 balconies, 3 on one face and 1 on other.

Nice place to live and all good junctions, grocery stores are at foot steps not even 500 meters from society exit gate!

A better place to live like my friends are staying there it's a good society with all facilities.

It is a society where all the basic amenities are available. Good place to live with your family.

Well connected and situated in the prime location of Noida. All amenities are available in walking distance. Near by metro station is Noida 50 and Noida 71.

Good layout and spacious flat but it looks RWA is not taking care of building. Plaster is coming out of many walls.

You can not find peace of living in the society. This society has swimming pool, club house and kids play area.

Nice society but maintenance department of this society are not good you can see broken walls everywhere

It's is one the society which you can dream to live in with facilities like swimming pool, gym, indoor gaming room and much more,
But before living make sure to check all prices like electricity prices because these societies have their own rates, But it is worth money living here situated at the inner part of Noida with A metro station at a walking distance therefore providing best means of transport at just walking distance

Well maintained society. Easy access to all near by markets and metro station at a walk able distance.
