I had a visit in joint care physiotherapy as my ankle got injured badly while playing matches. Physiotherapist was so nice in behavior and everything. Post clavicle fracture surgery, had a tough time with stiff shoulder. I was very much worried since movement was restricted & pain was unbearable.
Dr Noren convinced me & we had 15 days session, I was surprised that pain subsided & i achieved almost full range of motion. Thereafter I could exercise myself which was impossible unless I had the sessions. Thanks to Dr Minu too.

Fantastic facility and team. They zeroed in on the root cause of the problem right away and developed a program to deal with it.sessions helped both in pain relief and muscle strengthening. I loved the fact that they did not expect me to come in for a session everyday and instead allowed space and time for me to work on strengthening the muscles on my own.
The overall experience also helped me understand my body mechanics and reasons for injury better.
