Worst bridal makeup experience
Very honest review
I went for bridal makeup here and they shoot fotos and videos of me for there instagram pages also they forced me for giving them positive response and when my fotographer arrived at venue for my fotoshoot then these people completely refused to enter them.
Very important.they have taken money before doing my makeup.
The quality of makeup they used in there so called Dior bridal package which is of Rs20k are not at all longlasting, my lipstick starts fading after some time.

Juvena is the reason why women in GKP have good skin! These people have realizes that these equipments that they use and the in-house products are way too good and ahead of its time. My mom and sister religiously get their facials done there (for more than 25 years) and they have always seen amazing results. Their attention to details on the skin type with the suggestions on customization of the steps really makes a difference, not to mention they take extreme precautions on hygiene.
Post the services, they also give suggestions on diet and supplements. I hope it expands more and more and you open more branches (maybe in NCR). All the very best

Dear (reply to previous review) itna international makeup rakha hai to lagao na clients pe jo paise de rahe hai, almirah me rakh ke koi faayeda nahi. Aur relative ho sakti hu but I have visited your salon in 2021.bhai itna arrogance mat rakho ki saamne waale ko kuch nahi pata. I’m sorry if you didn’t know that I am actually working with a well known company for their quality department. Gorakhpur is my hometown and yes my cousin had a terrible service, just like I had. So decide to write this in case anyone else wants to get shamed on their skin / body / education. Thank you very much darling for reading this but know that all 1 star reviewers are not fake and come out of your bubble to realise your mistake. Huda beauty is low for the international standards then thanks for not even using it on those who paid the money. Please realise your mistake and for god’s sake, those products might be expired because you dont use them

Excellent customer service. Me and my sister called for hairfall treatment because we had roamed around everywhere to find good shampoos but nothing helped. Thanks to mam for suggesting the hair regimen to both of us. We followed the regimen for 3 months and today I am posting it after fully trying the products. Would recommend to all for hairfall. Mam saw my and my sister's scalp photo and suggested producs and sent diet plan also. My bald patch has baby hairs now. Feel blessed to see the miracle.

Very unprofessional they seem to take feedback very casually get offended and always try to tell customer they are not using products in right way. I don't know how they do such work with their business! Very poor quality no benefit from any of the hyped products utter waste of money.

Loved the Dermalift facial and the behaviour of the entire team. Hair tonic which I purchased last month really helped in controlling hair fall.

I went to juvena for hair consultation and ma'am recommended Hair Care Regimen to me after using it for one month my bald patches have gone. I am so happy with the products. The hospitality is so good. I was made to wait outside and was offered coffee. They are very nice people. Loved thte manners and the products. The information about products was given in detail.

Healing oil bachpan se lagaya air hair pack bhi.

Bridal jewellery, nail extension and Spa- Russian bath. Amazing experience. Enzymatic mask is too good. Just one application and my skin started glowing. Was short of time as I spent whole day there for spa service. Could not go for famous facials. Next time pakka. Hey Medha ma'm loved your hospitality and the entire team's too.

I came to know from a known friend about her actual experience by visiting this parlour and then I checked all the review and based on the review it is quite embarrassing to see that this parlour never take a negative review and try to improve their behaviour towards their client.
Such parlour should never be visited.

Few products like anjeer aloevera pack, the enzymatic pack, the cream based cleansers, the hair tonic are extremely well in terms of giving good results. Not to forget about the facials provided. They are just too good I must say. One sitting in itself gives a considerable change in itself. Just a very genuine suggestion, please start mentioning the complete ingredient list on all your products and not just the key ingredients. Transparency is very important for our long term trust on products. As consumers we have the right to know every single ingredient going on to our face! I will be very glad if u consider this. Rest everything is just awesome about this place!

The services are good but the staff is pretty adamant. I went for a different hair colour and came back home with an entirely different hair color which I did not even like.

Very rude behavior, i will suggest each and eveyone go with the brand not thses kind of parlour, they are not professionals, i called them today, i was talking to that lady and suddenly she hung up.the call without listening to me some staffs are god and some are very unprofessional.

I have seen the makeup Of cleints you are not doing the right makeup Technique which are used in modern industry no proper cheek highlighter you are using the makeup looks dull and cheap and start taking the negative comments it would help you rise.

you or the staff could have told us about why we had to wash the pack ourselves rather than calling out your clients as your servants.i am not saying you don't have satisfied customers but please try and understand the other unsatisfied customers as well.have a great day.

Juvena se achchha koi nahi

Juvena's products are all Ayurvedic. They give you proper reasoning behind their treatments. Their products have various Indian herbs and I have seen the difference in my skin. The whole team of Juvena is very professional. Even though it is only for ladies, men can also get products here for their skin. I live Juvena.

I must say the services provided are worth every penny and the product used are truly herbal. The only negative aspect which I found was lack of soft skills & customer handling among staff.there were some who acted oversmart and some lacked presence of mind & were ignorant. They even made fun of customers infront of others.one of the girls at the cash counter sounded more like a Parrot bombarding you with too many information regarding services & product without even letting the customer speak and yes they will literally create so much of pressure for making payments which would actually make you feel harassed. I was in middle of my make up half dressed when I bought a hair accessory as required they literally forced me to make the payment then and there. I did mention that I have paid the entire amount as suggested & whatever LL be the extra charges I LL pay once I am done.but they were reluctant.and for every small thing they LL ask you "Have you taken permission from Ma'am" as if you are a student. Overall a very unprofessional attitude.
