Extremely poor response from KM AUTOCRAFT. Their services has let me totally dissatisfied. The owner is hell bent on doing what he wants and not as per the requirements of the customer. They lay a well crafted trap to extract money from the customers and in the end the customer is left with no option but to surrender to their demands. I parked my vehicle to repair. They initially promised me to repair the vehicle but subsequently enhanced the repair estimate by one lakh and demanded entire money to be paid in advance, which is something unheard of. This was done even after my car's comprehensive insurance. They created such conditions and forced me to opt fir total loss of the vehicle. Now they have removed the airbags of my car without my permission and without even informing me.

A fair advice- Just avoid KM AUTOCRAFT if you want safety of your car and want to avoid harassment!

Staff are very helpfull and professional.no need to remind him what's need to do.they are taking care himself. I am truly satisfied.i will share future experience.keep it up good work KM AUTOCRAFT.

I had a small problem and needed a quick fix of my horn and bumper. It was fixed promptly and with a reasonable amount.

Worst Services.in baleno.after 1st time clutch slipped on fly wheel which was mechanic fault still i have to pay for new clutch and fly wheel about 7000 second Time Shocker issue after service it is jammed which was i change again from outside of Rs 5000 and for my second car Dezire they take 35000 but still poor performance by car And i try third time also but this time also disgusting service.i never go again in this workshop.they provide 1000 discount to all customer if i dont know about that they charge full amount.really tugs.

Worst Service only staff pretends to hear your every problem but they are least bothered. You have to visit many times if you have once taken their services. Worst Service Center in Lko.
