Real name of this hospital is Shri Shiv Prasad Gupt Divisional District Hospital Varanasi. This hospital is upgrading day by day and provides various medical facilities such as Burn, maternity, fracture and other emergency services. This hospital is also equipped with Oxygen plant and blood bank unit. It has 24 hours abulance service. Maternity ward building is way too old and needs reconstruction. It being a government hospital, provides services at very nominal rates. It has profound space for parking vehicles too.

I went there for covid dose 2 staffs were very cool, it was my 1st time in that hospital so i knew nothing where to go n all but there were directions written, The Nurses & Doctors1Male 3 females were very poilte & jolly while administrating the dose (so it was not stressfull as it can be), there was separate queue for both the Gender's and the queue was moving quite fast as compared to heritage where i went for Booster.
For me it was a better experience & the place was clean too.

एक साधारण दर्जे का जीसमे सुविधा तो सबकुछ है पर राहा के डाक्टर और कर्मचारियों ने एक अच्छे हास्पिटल को एक साधारण अस्पताल में बदल डाला है

A hospital with many facilities, located near Kabir chaura chauraha, also known as kabir chaura hospital, emergency ward, female chamber, and other departments are located, inside the hospital parking area situated, you can meet with Dr with the help of a slip that slip was ragistration slip and the price of slip is only one rupees.

Hospital has many facilities but staffs behaviour is not good.they did not provide medicine time to time.

Worst hospital doctors behive like uneducated they don't know how to talk with patitents specially in ultrasoun room the doctor is too rude and dont have knowledge how to do ultrasound

Government hospital.drs of all specialities are available here. Medicines are for free distribution.

Relly very bad service, its never helped, patients ko kuch ho nahi dekhte proper many time visit nurse ekdum bakwas sirf one time visit doctor around 10 AM AFTER no one come pls if possible look this issue urgent basis ward 2 19 seat wash room only one.

There is quite rush over there but overall it is good. Now a days best for vaccination center no rush helpful staff.

I was here for medical certificate need for needed for admission. It was a little bit crowded at that time

Good hospital, service is better compare to earlier. But need more focus towards doctors because most of the doctor didn't came on time for visit. Cleanliness is improved than earlier. So my side it was good.

Gone there for the first time to make medical certificate. Few points observed
1 yu have to take registration slip from counter (In short jaha lambi line dikhae waha chale Jana)
2 yu have to go to gate no 3
3 take adahar card along with yourself
4 then yu have to go to room no 3 and they will give yu some room no in which yu have to go and they will check yu
5 then after completing all check up from all room yu have to again come to room no 3 and they will stamp and fill your format of medical certificate
6 then yu have to go to room no 15 for sign
7 after sign then yu can go home

वार्ड नंबर 13 में बहुत गन्दगी है और डॉक्टर मरीजों को छुते तक नही केवल पानी और एंटीबायोटिक दवाएं एवं उपचार होता है बोलनेवाले को मरीजों को लेकर जाने की सलाह दे रहे हैं

Although its a government hospital of varanasi district but its laking many facilities and its very dirty too. Mainly indoor wards are quite unhygienic that is why its used by only poor people and peole who can afford private hospitals which are quite expensive prefer to go to private hospitals only.
