There are many kinds of medicated oil massages done on suggestion by the doctor here. Everyone associated with it is expert at the job. I am mostly under the care of Kiran, I am very happy n impressed by her.

I am still going through a treatment for myself and. It is wonderful oil massage therapy with ayurvedic oil and with medicine. Beautiful garden in campus, with good reasonable rooms and with mostly all facilities. It is 1 month treatment for spinal problem. People from around the world are here for taking treatment.

Not at all worth the money we pay.
You'll be trained properly in the beginning then after few days it's same as other gym.
Just they have good infrastructure.
Management is not at all cooperative.
I went on the last day of my membership and they refused even to do my BMI.
We are paying such huge amount and they are refusing to do BMI on the last day of my membership just because I was not going to renew my membership.

It is same as other gyms only. Nothing special.
Even CrossFit is available just for name sake. Once in a week class that too trainer is barely available.

Yoga classes are decent.

The gym fee is a scam here.ever day they have a different price for their plan.wherever you call them ask the price it’s always a different amount.i feel like cheated as they charged 13000 for 3 months and others have paid 15000 for 6 months.

I have been going to the gym from the last 3 years and like everything about this place.
Be it the gym area, where the trainers, especially Sunil is very dedicated and very clear about his clients requirements.
I do take regular massage packages & would recommend Kirkiri (Kiran) who is very good in her work and always smiles which is so welcoming!
The lady manager, Smita knows how to manage the staff and maintain discipline!

I have a bad experience with Spa advance booking. I always booked in advance but the staff is so poor is managing the clients. Don’t buy any package from them.they will treat you so bad. They don’t know how to speak with clients. The person who has severed the massage service she was nice (Kiran) else rest of the staff doesn’t know how to behave professionally. Please don’t ever dare to go for any kind of package in future. Management should intervene in this issue.

My experience has not been soo good soo far. The problem is with the staff. All the time, i feel like been monitored by the staff. Random calls by the mgmnt people to check for the authenticity of the feedback. O plans of renewing my membership this year.

It's health village where you will get all kind of ayurvedic treatment. They have very good gym trainer with gym facilities. It's in noida sector 62. Parking space available for 4 wheeler.

Very unprofessional behaviour. I paid 15000+taxes and was not able to visit due to pandemic.
Later when I inquired about joining back I was told that my membership is over.
I mean the owner is a well known person and this kind of service is not acceptable.

Guys you need to understand that we are also working hard to earn money and you can't be cheating us like this.

Worst place for females to be there. Female clients are seen so badly with lusty eyes especially by a person called Sunny Kasana there. I am surprised how female employees are working safely there. Places where these kind of cheap people work who speak so filthy about females, should not be visited by Females at all for any purpose be it beauty or gymming.

Expensive Place [25K approx annual fees] with unfit, unprofessional trainers.

Horrible sad experience, no expertise of understanding of the process. More into selling PTs to new clients especially Women/Girls. Cleanliness n services are not up to the mark.

Rampant use of anabolic steroids by trainers and clients in open. Trainers themselves are injecting clients with anabolics in the toilet+locker area. Trainers are openly using and recommending illegal anabolics on the premises. Strict action should be taken. I know KHV management knows all about this but does nothing. Earning moolah is much more important for them than doing something right.

One of the worst place for fitness in Noida,
I have never experienced such behavior with any other club. Management is so bad once you will join the club you are on your own, till the time you will not join they will call you 100 times in a day but once you are IN game begins for any complaint/query you are on their mercy, whether Manager is ready to listen out to you or not & Manager she is always busy in baiting new clients so you can imagie, I joined their for 3 months but was able to continue only for a month.
As their are group of Ladies in Yoga classes with monopolies and you will never feel like you are going to classes it's just that you are in some fish market or competition where you ar running to grab the seat. PATHETIC! Wastage of money rather go for some park yoga.

Management is not at all active for any type of issues that happens inside their campus. For them, client is the source of income, if he paid in advance, they don't give a damn whether he is coming to the campus or not after fee submission.

KHV is a fantastic and one of the best places when it comes to equipment, space and location.

Trainers as usual have a mindset of pitching in only PT rather than sincerely helping members, selling protein powder and other supplements (as a side business). They are unprofessional to say the least. Sunil Sir is the best as always hardworking n sincere.

They have increased their annual membership fees sighting spend on upgrade of equipment and facilities. However restrooms do not have basic paper tissues, steam does not work in winters and waste electricity like it's free. When you ask them for a reason they have a simple answer - we have already requested Head Office.

It's no doubt a very good place but services are as unprofessional as they can be. They are just in a rush to acquire new members without giving much thought to experience they are providing or going to provide their existing or new members. It's a money making centre in the name of health center without providing required services already paid for. Really not sure if this is why they set this up, as Owners have enough money.

Honestly, Kailash is a place where you will experience enough money has been spent to give you a great visual impact but equivalent services are severely lacking. Once you will pay for membership, everything is a add-on minus basic things that should work 24/7. Also if you get add on services delivered well after paying, consider yourself lucky.

It might be amongst biggest health centres in NCR but their mindset on services is pathetic.

Facility as such is ok if you can avoid attendant Kiran. She is always busy on phone and does not do proper work.

But seriously saying I'm not happy with at all (the trainers lack knowledge about proper exercises) and never helping plus always trying to sell their PT's

Great place to workout. Has a variety of equipments and knowledgeable trainers. Personally I've experienced significant progress while learning from Mr Deepak.

Kailash health village gym is best in my knowledge. Environment is very nice, trainers n gym management is very good.i come here only for gymming only part needs to improve is dietician knowledge related to gym clients diet.

I joined the gym three months back, in May 2019 for a weight loss and fitness program. I found the gym the most spacious one with latest machines in Noida and a plethora of services such as yoga, dance, martial arts and spa made it a complete package. In my time here, I found the staff and gym trainers extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My trainer, Anil Rai, is a senior trainer with over 15 years of experience who is helping me achieve my fitness goals and the results are also showing. I am happy that I joined this gym and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional and state of the art gym in Noida.

One of the Best Gym in Noida, big facility, knowledgeable trainer, gym management is very great never seen before in any other gym. Safe n comfortable for female as the head of gym is a madam and she is very caring n polite with all members.

I m Kailash Gym client from last 8 years and I enjoy a lot my workout here, gym trainers and management is very nice and polite and canteen healthy food is my best meal of the day but my request to renovate and upgrade the machines.

Awesome place to workout. Nice gym ambience. Specially all the gym trainers r soo gud n well mannered and always ready to help. Being a member of the gym from past 5 yrs i never faced any issues regarding gym and trainers, infact i referred lot of my friends and they joined. But there is issue regarding DNA test i was convinced by the sales team that it would best for me as i have weight loss issues. I dont have any prior knowlegde regarding this test, i fully trust on kailash health village staff. So paid them and done my test at the time of test they said you will get reports in one week but they took 20 days to get my reports and it was all fraud as i was looking for weight loss and they did nutrition test. They r totally different. When i asked dietician about my test that you haven’t told me about how much protein and carbs and fats i have to take she said aapka weight loss test nahi tha aapka test nutrtion wala hai this incident was just two three days back. But i was convinced for weight loss dna test. Why this nutrition test is done without my knowledge. They all make me fool just for money and completing their targets. I am really very disappointed, also they even not contacted me regarding this and about my complete reports.


Yesterday my issue resolved soo nicely and i really appreciated to all the staff of kailash health village. They done my test again free of cost. Thanks to all.

I have been going to the gym since two years now.its a decent place to workout with decent range of equipments.they have been telling since april 19 that they will renovate it soon with the latest machinery and the work is under process and still will take few more months abt it.the best part of the gym is the dietician name ankita.she is a gem of a person, always ready for ur queries and deal with the questions in a very friendly approach.she is easily approachable and have a sound knowledge of her field and has helped many clients with their goals.

I am working out here for last 4 years, such a great experience i had till now. Great cooperative/ friendly/ professional staff. Well maintained/equipped gym i mean health village exactly.priority is always given to Hygiene. Service is great. What else i would say i cant even think of working out somewhere else.

My review is only for the - parlour services. Had a hair spa, the quality of the product is underrated and my hair became super rough and tangled after the services. Highly disappointed

Don't ever use DNA all offer this all West of money. Such I worst experience with it. Most of trainer are unfit. Dietician has attitude problem. The dietitian here in kailash are the most knowledgeable and the wellness councillor also very much friendly and helpful

I came to kailash for weight loss here I was introduced with DNA program I am glad I came here And lost around 2kgs in 10days. Thanks to the therapists here and the khv team I am very happy all are very nice jolly ppl

I joined Gym here a year back.but honestly i am not happy with the gym environment and also recieved many negative feedbacks from the fellow gym mates.then i had a word with the management. She (the manager) handled it very politely and she customized a new package for me in slimming and ayurveda.now i have achieved my results and i am very happy with it. Thanks to the dietitian and the management.

This is one of the Noida’s most expensive Gym, based on my personal experience there, I found following drawbacks:

01. They are not even providing branded Mineral water to drink, rather they are providing normal tap water. I raised this point several times but in vain. At least this is expected if you are charging such a hefty amount.
02. They will spray room freshener to get rid of bad smell which is injurious to health especially for runners. This causes irritation in eyes and you inhale lots of carbon monoxide due to that. They should have exhaust fans to resolve this issue, instead of spraying all this.
03. There are no paper cups, at least this is expected if you are charging such a hefty amount.
04. There are no locks inside washrooms.
05. There are no hooks to hang clothes and towels.
06. Mirrors are broken and there is no one to fix it.

Raised these points several times with Prashant and Ritika, but no one bothers

I would have given 5 star as the whole property is really good. Service and food is also great.
Rooms could have been a little better but overall it was a great experience.
