Kailash Hospital, Noida

Quiet impressed with the service of the OPD staff specially Tulsi. She has helped me a lot when i was not able to figure out my way. I got very impressed from her helping nature, and would visit the hospital again, if the Staff has such a kind attitude and nature like her.the staff takes care of patient with utmost care.

My nephew was injured by a bed. So there is need to some stichting and dressing. Staff told me that it will be charger 5000rs. I asked them why 5k, then he reply that the stitched by a surgeon.
I declined and go to the another hospital they charged only 1300rs.
Now this is the way to make money from patients.

Too Costly verse service they provide.
Especially there General Ward is below average to what they have there standard in Market

I was admitted to hospital for around 9 days in Room No. 663 (Cwing). The staff including Nursing, Housekeeping and other were very helpful and supporting and taken good care during my stay. I wish them all the the best for their future. Keep up the good work.

The most renowned and best hospital in Delhi NCR. Staff is very polite and decent. Smooth and efficient service available here. Not only treatment but post treatment facilities like billing and TPA department are Amazing and superfast. (Rajni Tripathi mam available their, very kind and humble nature) Thanks to her My work was resolved within minutes with her help.

Well this is my rating for Dr. Preeti Singh at Kailash Hospital. We are blessed with daughter and today she is 9 months old, normal delivery. We travelled from Bangalore to Noida and we went to finalise the doctor. The moment its our turn my wife started having labour pain and with in next 2 hours we both are happy parents. Dr Preeti singh acted so professionally and guided us as this is our first child. It was just me and my wife nothing prepared and guess what corona at its peak but still Dr Preeti didnt hesitate did her duty professionally. She was recommended to us by one of my friend thats why we planned for her. Also I had a very good experience with Kailash Hospital in 2012 with my mother Vericose surgery Dr Singha who I got to know is no more GOD bless his soul but this was also the main trust factor with Kailash so we preferred Kailash and had no other doubts in mind. So Thank you Dr Preeti you were very helping and performed your job professionally, not keeping money in the mind but I had very bad experience with Dr Rajeev Malhotra in NICU which I prefer rating in different review.

Worst service. There is a person/doctor named Manish in emergency he is very rude and unprofessional.

Don't know how to talk and behave. Tell him to get educated and study well. Don't know who hired him it's the mistake of the management.

Doctors are good but management is very poor, it looks like government hospital in same fees. I have birth to my first baby, but m scared of taking chance for my next pregnancy where I am going to deliver in April. I am not sure, I should opt this hospital

I took my father to Gastro in the hospital. Was bit disappointed as doctor wrote some paitent medicines and was not listening to what he was saying. My father is 71 yrs old. Not satisfied as after paying for so much of consultation fee the doctor did not gave proper time. It took him 3 minutes.

Very poor experience, their only motive is to plunder money from poor peoples. They estimated delivery charge approx 3 lac which can be done at cost of 20 thousand at normal nursing home.

Very bad experience. They ask for Insurance company and when I came for IPD they forcibly gave the medical suggestion to hospitalize the patient and within a day, COVID test came as Postive. However, I discharged and did the COVID Test outside, and it came as Negative. What a big fraud? This hospital is doing the business and taking money is the only aim. God Help us from this hospital

Absolutely horrible experience. When you leave hospital, it’s supposed to make you feel happy and satisfied and yet we met with utter disappointment.

Staff is extremely unprofessional and very rude. We got recommended by a doctor to see an endocrinologist and we felt like he was in a bad mood and in a hurry (even though we went for premium OPD). He asked us to come back with a report in 3 days time. We came back on the 4th day knowing we won’t have to pay again just for showing the report. The staff, however, was very rude and was persistent in asking for us to pay again. Eventually she asked us to leave even though we were calm and courteous.

Go elsewhere if you want to be “treated” professionally, where doctors listen to you and staff treats you with courtesy.

This hospital is very expensive. The management here is very sluggish. Nothing happens here according to the convenience of the customer. Here only the doctors prescribe any time according to their convenience. Very expensive treatment is done here.

One of the reputed hospitals in Noida, Kailash Hospital, Sec-27 Noida is the flag bearer of Kailash Hospital group. This hospital remains busy most of the time, with people from Delhi NCR visiting it. In terms of the quality of treatment and infrastructure also it's well reputed within the area. Not only amongst the rural folks, but it is patronised by the urban population of Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and parts of Delhi as well.

The hospital management hang ads every where that we value of your time and excetra but that is all rubbish. My husband sitting over there since morning around 9: 30 without drink or eat something for run some tests but no doctor available. Doctor time start at 11: 30 am but now its 2pm and he is not coming for the test. We are stuck here because we deposit the money and each & every time says that the doctor coming in 10min.

Recently I visit this hospital. Becoz my family brother condition was so serious after all treatment I lost my brother. By the hospital is so nicee. Very neat n clean. N doctors n all nursing staff is corporative.

Dr. Sushil Sharma is a very good orthopaedic surgeon in Kailash hospital. I went to him for chronic back ache, and was very impressed with the diagnosis and the treatment. He suggested some medicines and physiotherapy. Now i am fully recovered and back to work.

Rest would like to inform that they have. Very patheic service not able to control simple ketone levels and stuck in hotel from more than one week and waiting for my dad surgery.
Twin sharing room has no gijers.its difficult to stay in cold weather without hot waters.
To sum up very bad experince.

I would advise not to get admitted to this hospital since i feel that hospital just interested in making

Lots of untrained appraintise nursing staffs are being working to do experiment and get trained on your loved ones and many more things have been noticed which are beyond imagenation.

Good hospital at affordable price. They do not charge unnecessarily. They maintain big staff and there is good availability of doctors. They have their own pharmacy.

Generally, they have good doctors. Except for a few instances in the past 12 years, almost everytime, things went off well with us while being treated by the doctors there. It is relatively reasonable on the pocket too.

Parking is a major issue. Their own parking lot is full almost all the time.

The in-house medical store is a disaster. They don't understand properly what you need and (even if they do) take just too long to deliver medicines. Staff there behaves as if they re robots who are supposed to follow processes rather than address the walk-in customer's demands.

If you love your family and want them to get well, do not go to Kailash Hospital. This is one of the worst hospitals in Delhi NCR area who just make the patient condition worse just so they can make the money out of it. This is a story of almost all the hospital now a days but those hospitals atleast talk to their patients but Kailash, no chance.
I was hospitalized because of lower pain due to nerve compression near L4 L5 section.an Ideal treatment (which I found out later) was to give painkiller and take bed rest, but Kailash sent me for MRI (which was ok) and asked me to wait for the reports for 24 hours and get hospitalized.they gave me steroids which were not required for a person of my age (31). I was feeling okay but they asked me to stay on bed and not to move. No doctor came to me, only nurse came and gave me injection. Once the doctor (Varun Bhargava) came, I asked if I was okay and should move, but he said no and the condition is not good, I wanted to ask something but he was answering while standing near the door and was rushing.
I consulted with other doctors on the phone and realized that I only needed bed rest and there was no need for hospitalization. I asked the hospital to discharge me but the denied. I stayed another night when they asked and they agreed to discharge the next day, while I was getting discharged and going in ambulance (on stretcher), my doctor (Varun Bhargava) was passing by, he looked at me and kept moving, he did not tell me anything about my condition or ask me anything.
They just wanted to get money out of my insurance.
Please avoid going to this hospital.

Dr sushil Sharma is an Expert joint replacement doctor of kailash hospital.
He replaced my mother one knee joint one year back now the second knee.
She is obese, so I had my doubts and fears initially, but he convinced me very well and I took the decision to get the operation from him.now she is doing very well and the surgery was not at all risky in his hands.
Kailash hospital support staff and services are also very satisfactory.

Worst and pathetic services by so called reputed hospital of Noida. Even rooms (twin sharing) having daily charges of Rs 4750+taxes don't have Geyser in the room. Even in winter you are forced to use running cold water. Disgusting. Nobody cares and listens to your complaint. Even the administrative staff on duty don't listen.

My father is retired from Air force and basis that my mother referred to Kailash for backbone treatment.
It was an horrible experience. I realised some of the senior doctors have forgotten the way they should speak to there patient.
Not a good hospital n ex defence people shoould refrain from going there. They spent there life serving this country and they deserve better treatment.
This hospital treat them as a cash cow, whatever they have have from them.

Well equipped hospital with experienced doctors but poor administration of this hospital. The bed changing process takes a lot of time and the food is just bearable

Very supportive and professional staff. Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh is very cooperative in Emergency. I admit my relative for treatment. Genuine charges and well experienced doctors.

Good care by very good doctors, nurses & support staff. Cleanliness is good & food is hygenically served. Cost is too quite reasonable.

The Dentist at this hospital helped me realize what blunder could have happened with those attrited teeth full of cavity. I had been getting it treated from many other places but no results. Surprisingly when I visited Kailash Hospital for a Dentist who really understood my problem deeply & after continuing dental treatment for about 6 months, I am happy to get back my healthy shining teeth with no more caries.

Thanks to this hospital & expert Doctors for my mother’s Kidney treatment as she had stone in her left kidney. She was sleepless due to that horrifying pain she used to have. Efforts of the Kidney doctor & dietician are appreciated who really cooperated with us all through the treatment. My mother is healthy now and we are happy for her.

We hardly find hospitals that charge you reasonably & treat the problem effectively. I visited Kailash Hospital for the first time as was suffering from bad flu & uncontrollable cough last Monday. The physician was so cooperative & caring. With the doctor’s right medication I was better in no time indeed. Very pleased about the professionals of this hospital being so patient friendly. Good doctors…Highly recommended!

It's a hell on the name of hospital. If someone wants to murder or kill their special ones so visit this place. No one is responsible for anything. It was a mental trauma for me to phase a very worst time at this place which gave a life long pain to me and my family. I lost my father who was our everything due to unprofessional doctors, uneducated staff of ICU and over looted management policies. It is an institution for looting needy people who comes here in hope. But these guys are better trained to earn money rather than to give hospital services. Doctors are treated as God but here they are Yamraaj. If they are not able to handle the situation then they should tell it very true to relatives rather than to make money by using this condition as an opportunity. They didn't give correct information to us and we sit there for half month in hope that all things will get well soon. Reports are misplaced, once a doctor says that reports are ok and in second phase they said that chances of life are less. For them a life is only a case either live or die, but for someone he or she is a whole life and everything.
Doctors didn't reply in a correct manner even after grab the money. They are much interested in OPD rather than lives. ICU staff always break the hearts and try to convince the relatives to sit there and money chart rises day by day. They don't care of patient even a patient is in critical position, they are too busy in filling the forms and sheets only, they stands only on last moment when condition is out if control, u both ladies should have some shame in urself due to yours I lost my father and a soldier. ICU staff is worst enough, doctors are so bad so so unprofessional, shameful. Please take care of emotions rather than to take care of pockets. My pain can't be reduce but I don't want that someone else loose their special ones coz it's a life not a case. Mind it.
Dr. Varun Bhargava is a fake guy who just shows off his degrees in his name plate, Mr. Bhargava pls put ur efforts for betterment of a patient rather than to just run here and there. There are some etiquettes in professional but u r ridiculous. I asked him for my father health many times coz I want him among my family, but doctor said no to me regarding my questions and crack a joke in ICU. There are many complaints of them outside ICU but no one cares.
My father is an army man who fought battle for country and won but he lost his battle of life due to the lack of support of doctors and staff.
I just wish bad luck to this hospital and pray that it will be shut down soon and government policies must be very harden for like these money collection agencies.
Mr owner many branches and good infrastructure doesn't mean it's provide good facilities, it's an example of your hospital. A caring heart, supportive staff and good management policies are required for a life. But here all things are in opposite manner.
I don't know how ventilator process works but they give ventilator tube in my father's mouth without anesthesia and he just yearn and cried, I can't forget his voice till end. I asked what happened but they said go outside. He got surgery and drain pipe was in his head so he should received some extra care but during ventilation process ICU lady shouted and asked others to hold my father's neck, hands and legs and my father just cried. After one day doctor checked him and asked for another CT scan which should be on that day only if they cares little. He was fine on fifth day but careless and unprofessional behavior of staff took him away from my family.
My questions remains in my heart but no one there cares and responsible. I don't know what happened to my father and how he just lost his life without saw us, he loved us more than him. I feel regret why I admitted him in this hell. God please curse them for their life taken behavior. My family is in tears due to this hospital.
Hospital policies are very cruel, money making, emotion less. Pls save yourself from this hospital.

Seen very quickly at triage, where diagnostic tests were completed and information about the health problem was taken. Was then able to see a Dr in Urgent Care. All staff were polite, professional and efficient. I appreciate the care and treatment provided.
