Aacha experience nhi ye log bus me gande gande sawari baitha lete h reserve sheet per faltu log baithe hote Hai. Or bus driver conductor ka behaviour bekar. Bus driver ka number bhi galat dalte h

Worst experience ever, Bus Driver is filling local passengers and stop bus every 30 min for local passengers. Bus number - UP78 FT 3127.
You can check 7/09/23 journey of this bus from delhi to kanpur. Almost 1 hrs. Late because of driver.

Worst bus service, my bus was for ujjain from kanpur location and literally the bus was very unhygienic and seats were very dirty and staff behaviour was not good even though they were smoking inside the bus.my trip has been spoiled only for this bus service, will never recommend to anyone.i am attaching the photo plz check and things thousand times before booking bus from this Kalpana travels.

Actually its not private bus service, its a general compartment of a train. Never travel with them. Their primary business is cargo, passengers are secondary so they treat them like animals. In their air conditioner buses, AC are not working.

The travel service is good plying to number of cities from Kanpur and vice versa. Has good buses with good bus staff. The staff siting in office is OK because are somewhat casual in dealing with passengers. Needs improvement

Please improve your service agar aap customer se itna paisa le rahe ho to service bhi dhang ki karo

Bus is good but when bus departured driver and conductor start filling bus space by taking half amount. By which we have to suffer problem.

Service of kalpana bus from Jaipur to Kanpur at 8.15pm is worst.
Bus started timely and was waiting at another stands. Driver filled gallary with passengers and in summer it is very painful to to be seated in standing bus. Finally bus departed from Jaipur at 10pm.
Very poor service

The travel service is good. Buses are well maintained and the best thing about these buses is they have a glass window slider for the seats so you don't have to worry about other people to peep into your cabin.

There are two main kalpna travels first is on fazalganj chauraha and second is before chauraha this route have a lot of travel agency available for all indian routes and it is one of them good facilities of BUS toilet and water bottle available but take extra money for luggage which is not good besides it every thing is well you can take a comfortable ride for long journey.

It is bus travel agency for distant places. The service is good. Buses can be booked from red bus app.

Worst experience ever.booked an AC sleeper bus for my comfort but their AC stopped working after 4hours of journey so i have to spent my whole journey without AC. Their was no other option provided by this travel company. No refund. Nothing. Washroom at rest stop is so pathetic that i almost puked. And the washroom of their kanpur office is also dirty.

Please don't prefer this bus as it has worst condition while on driving gives you so much of jerks and also they don't provide the blankets and a hot water bottle is given also don't have a charging socket in it

Bus condition is worst. Seats are worst either it is AC sleeper or seater. Unpolite staff. Hot water bottles are provided in summer. No proper timing of buses. They just schedule bus at different time without informing customers!

Kalpana travels has employed goons at their service in Kashmere gate. The person who is issuing tickets at Kashmere gate opposite mcd parking has used "madarchod" to me and another person who was standing beside him was saying "tum hamara jhant nahi ukhard saktey" such is the level and language used by the staff of Kalpana travel. I only asked them about when the bus sscheduled at 11: 15 pm will come. They were behaving like they are the owners of the bus and we are begger. Absolutely Faltu service. Please avoid their bus for traveling.

Sitting facility is okay but bathroom is smell very bad in whole sitting area. Staff behavior is not good.

Among The worst traveller, on 13th oct i booked bus, what KLPD happened with me are:
1.bus me double sleeper book kari kalpana travels ki ajmer tk,
2. Bus ai shree maruti travels ki, uspr bhi seats pe puri mitti or tel jma hua tha.
3. Jaipur 4 bj pahuch kr 6.30 tk khdi rhi fir bole k bus kharab hai dusri me bethaege.
4. Dusri bus thi sethi travels ki.
5. Sethi wala bola k double nhi milegi single sleeper me jao,
6. A lady was also traveling alone from kanpur to nathdwara was also troubled and unko to sharing sleeper k liye bol diya,
At last i got return 200rs, went to ROADWAYS DEPOT and travelled ahead in Rajasthan roadways bus.

I dont understand what is the use of making a toilet in the bus when the passengers are not allowed during the journey.i went to delhi from kanpur on 10 sep 2018 my bus no.was UP 83 BT 4905 and the staff didnt allowed anyone to use the toilet.which caused me to hold till i reach my destination.please get a bit upgraded kalpana travels you charge for everything we pay for everything then why not giving every facility as promised

will prefer shatabdi travels from they give far better services than kalpana travels.

Kalpana travels is good they have regular service to Delhi, Kanpur, kotta, balaji, agra, jaipur etc. They have Ac sleeper with washroom semi Sleeper and non Ac buses also. Ac sleeper they providing water bottle and Blanket. Inbetween they will stop for dinner. They have parcel service also. Kanpur to Delhi Ac bus they charging 850 Rs.

No descipline in bus.anyone can come.wandering passenger can also enter when they want.no privacy.bus stops too for any passenger.

If you want security of your luggage then don't go in non-ac. Bus. They board more passangers wheather bus is full or not.

Great experience. They don't have a place to sit. But they provide great bus (Mine was AC Sleeper)
It was a bit costly but good experience

Never travel from non ac bus.
Don't run at time & very uncomfortable i.e. Seats are break & very dirty, smells comes of sweat.

Good service. Provide blankets n pillow, condition was not great but it was Ok. AC was working fine.

Kindly refund back my money bus was cancelled on 1st may, no one is picking phones, illetrate people are handling customers they dont know how to talk, ahshan kar rhe ho bus me bitha kar saalo customers se he tum logo ki roji roti chal rhe.
