All staff members including receptionist were misguiding and very untrained. For normal X ray report this hisoital took 3 days.

Doctor is fantastic no doubt he is amazing.but some of the things which is not appropriate and that is your staff. If you have your every patient then why they didn't inform us. That if the doctor is not available then to they didn't inform.

Giving zero star is not an option.
He is not a Doctor but a businessman, more concerned about the construction and development of his hospital. He doesn’t see the patients without appointment, not even in case of emergency at emergency charges, not even if the patient got operated by him and brought in emergency. He did my mother’s surgery. Within a week she developed severe infection and had to be admitted in the nearby hospital. Nearby hospital because he said he is a urologist and not a general physician. When we went to show my mother to him, he almost refused to see because we didn’t take prior appointment. We requested and accepted to pay emergency charges, then also he was not ready to see her. Upon requesting so much, he finally agreed. After all this, he said “infection kisi ko bhi ho sakta hai”. Yes, “kisi ko bhi ho sakta hai”, then why not me or you Sir? It was only because of unhygienic practices in your hospital. The level of cleanliness is evident in the hospital rooms and the dresses worn by the hospital staff…which is filthy. I would request everyone to please think 100 times before visiting Dr VK Mishra/ Kanpur Urology Centre.

I am attach with Dr V K Mishra from long back regarding urinary problems and highly satisfied in terms of treatment, behaviour of staffs and in all aspects.

Supporting staff asked us to come before 2 hours and they told wrong timing of appointment however we booked appointment 2 days before date but we had to wait 2 hours, bit unprofessional.

I am saying this with complete sense of responsibility and authenticity that Dr VK Mishra is one of the finest doctor I have ever come across, simply for the reasons below:
His treatment is too methodical, within the last couple of years my dad and mom both got seriously ill in a prolonged manner before we reached him, even then he was able to pin point the complication in the first consultation itself (which no one earlier could during that entire prolonged duration) and my parents started recovering within a couple of days since the treatment begun.
On top of this distinct characteristic, his emphatic attitude towards patients and their caretakers is remarkable, also how in simple words he explains the entire diagnosis that any layman can pick on the root of the problem is simply impeccable.

I used to consider the statement "Doctors are another form of God" as exaggerated, but after having brought both of my parents out of danger towards living a normal life, post his treatment, my earlier perception has loosened substantially.

I am simply not capable of expressing my gratefulness towards the doctor, in any combination of words.

मेरा नाम Amardeep है मैं पहले आरोग्य हॉस्पिटल गया दिखाने मुझे किडनी मे समस्या थी लेकिन काफी उपचार के बाद भी मुझे आराम नहीं मिला फिर किसी के माध्यम से मुझे Dr V K Mishra जी के बारे मे पता चला मैं उनसे जाकर मिला और अपनी सारी समस्या बताई उन्होंने मुझे बहुत अच्छे से समझाया और बोले कि कोई परेसानी नहीं होगी आप सही हो जायेगे फिर उन्होंने ऑपरेशन करके सही कर दिया और मैं उनको दिल से धन्यावाद कराना चाहता हूं और अपने सारे सगे संबंधी से बताना चाहता हूँ कि कभी कोई समस्या आए तो एक बार सर से जरूर मिले । डॉक्टर साहब बहुत अच्छे है और स्टाफ़ भी बहुत अच्छा ।

Very worst doctor. Naam bade darshan chote. Ek number ka bakwas doctor hai, koi knowledge nhi hai isko. Ye doctor sirf patient se paise aithta hai, jab patient bolta hai mujhe koi aram nhi hai to ye doctor refer kar deta hai, kehta hai mai ilaaz nhi kr paunga. Iske 5 star reviews par mat jaana, vo saare reviews iske khudke hi logon ke hain. Ye doctor sirf paise aithta hai, patient ko sahi treatment nhi deta. I have humble request to all who are reading my review, please don't go to this doctor for wasting your money. He has full attitude in him. Aise doctor ko koi izzat nhi milni chahiye. Bhagwaan aise chor doctor se sabko bachaye.

The Doctor doesn't takes nay responsibility of patients when emergency comes in, simply waves his hands away, does not even bothers to refer to a hospital for emergent care. Very bad attitude.
