Big selection but a very poor one. Laptop bags do not have sufficient padding. On enquiry, it was informed that less padded backpacks are preferred as they are light. This doesn't make sense as if someone wants a light back pack, they would pack less. Measuring backpacks and regular check in baggage with the same yardstick is foolish. The regular luggage collection is decent. Would suggest avoiding in lieu of brands like "Arctic fox" and "Safari" which are available online and are much better.

Sales Staff is polite but the young official running the lift is unhygenic and ill mannered. A bath, possibly some deodorant and a course in good manners is recommended
