Very bad after sales support. I have a Karcher K2 Pressure washer which I bought on August 2022 and on May 2023 the product not working. I gave it to the service centre near me on 21 May 2023 and up to today (26-06-2023) it is not returned back. Every time they are saying only the same answer that they are waiting for the spare part. I send an email to the customer supoort regarding this matter on 10 June 2023 and they answer they will solve the matter shortly. But still the issue not resloved. So dont think to purchase any Karcher product if you have any other option.
One more thing is about their service centre facility. There is no proper documentation for your warranty repairs. They just write it down on a note book.

Cheep product … don’t buy

I had purchased a karcher k2 horizontal pressure washer on 7/9/2021. It was used once in a month and later, by July 2022, the pressure of the device decreased and became in an unusable condition. Then I approached the authorised service centre and they repaired it by replacing some parts under warranty. After a month elapsed, while taking the device to use, I noticed that there leaked some oils (seems to be lubricants) on the ground where it was placed. Then the machine stopped working on the same day and I approached the service centre again. The second repair might not have done properly and it got the same complaint in 2023 January also.
I purchased this item by thinking that it would have enough quality. I could not use it as expected and the visiting of service centre has become a regular thing because of the substandard quality. It is not possible to visit service centre on regular basis, as it is more than 50 Km away from my home. That is why, I request you to kindly replace the device with a new one.

Good products but maintenance is very very high, products do not last long and parts sparingly available, they make dealers in different cities and after sometime their dealers close down business resulting in frustrated customers who bought their products.

The assistance provided to me was great, and the products helped me clean my home without any hassle.

I have been using the car washer k2.360 for some time. It is a good product and help me clean my car, stern dirt from household staircase very easily. Availability of Karcher entire range in online platforms make it convenient for purchase.

Don't purchase any item of Karcher. The service is very bad. They are not providing doorstep service even in Metro cities, even during warranty period. If items breaks down, you need to carry it to their store where they will take minimum 10-15 days to repair and again you need to visit them to collect them back. Waste of money.

I’ve been using WD 3 from last 2 years and the performance of the product is truly commendable. Honestly worth buying the product!

Worst service not to suggest any one to procure kaercher machine, no one response from kaercher leader if you fetching any issues in machine

Do not buy any product from Karcher. We are using Karcher FC 5 and it is waste product. Within 1 year, it broke twice. And on top of this, they have worst service. Almost completed 1 month since I raise the service ticket but still they haven't fix the product yet. From past one month they have kept the product with them and still not able to fix it.

Giving one star for the made in Germany Karcher products (import from Germany) this is the only best thing.come with one year warranty. Products are too good but expensive too, their accessories are expensive, their parts are way too expensive.but one thing the MOST Important is that the AfterSales service of the product which is managed and serviced handled by Some Karcher India's Corrupt, Untrained Unprofessional, Liars. They don't have many people in their Team.
They will do anything to void your warranty.they will blame you for the mishandling of the product so that they can't give you the warranty benefits.and if your product becomes out of warranty then they will make your product's (machine) life worst and harass You, they will charge you Rs800 for service even they won't give you the Job Card of the work/repair they won't give you the Receipt of the money/bill. They don't have trained technicians they hire collaborate with untrained local guys for the service in Your City who even don't know how to open the machine and Your expensive machine becomes Guinea pig in their hands.they don't know how to fix problems they only insist you to buy new motor which cost almost 90% of the total value of machine.for which they don't give any warranty! You customers are.if planning to buy anything from this brand for home purpose.should be aware of this fraud which has been done by Karcher India's AfterSales service some corrupt persons who are doing this fearlessly shamelessly! I'm a customer of this brand Karcher they malfunctioned ruined damaged my expensive machine and now not taking any responsibility for this.

Most worst after sales service of any company in India. Their untrained fraudulent service agents malfunctioned ruined damaged my machine.and now not taking any responsibility accountability for this both service provider Karcher India employees and service agent.
And Buyers don't mislead by 5 star fake fabricated paid reviews from the company's employees.just to show look & make their Indian branch is 5 star rated. They did intentionally this just after my review to show make, look everything is okay.
