Kaya Clinic - Skin & Hair Care (Sector 18, Noida)

Got 6 body parts lasered in Noida and loved the experience! Bimla made me feel very comfortable the entire time.

I had an amazing experience at Kaya Noida. Kalpana was my therapist and an amazing facial was given by her to me.

Had Signature Facial wonderful experience. Naina Sharma therapist done the job very carefully and nicely.

I had a great laser hair reduction session with Darshana. The process was well equipped and was done with qualified SOP.
Darshana is a good recommendation as a therapist for the session.

I had good experience here for Laser hair removal trial session. As it was my first time for laser hair removal, my therapist Darshana make the processor so comfortable.

It was a great experience there. The service was provided by Ms. Darshana. Made me feel very conformable and relaxed.

Kaya has been providing clients with best of services and products for last many years. I have been taking services and products for last 4-6 months and happily satisfied with quality and care that I get in all sessions by different practitioners for acne and laser hair reduction.
Special mention for last session of signature facial with practitioner Kirti Rawat has been another perfect one.

Services are very poor, first point of contact for me in this Kaya Clinic is Ms. Sofia.
I took package of full body laser hair removal. Every time I came here even with prior appointment I had to wait min for 45 min to start. Also they ask everytime to change the treatment room in between of treatment I will not recommend Kaya Clinic for any kind of service being so unprofessional

Very rude and entitled staff. Requested for a specific doctor and she started shouting. When I complained, she said I thought I was not audible. The staff thinks they are oversmart!?

I have been using Kaya since 15 yrs and been a regular at GK2 M block Clinic, but due to shift in residence I chose Noida. Very disappointed with the front desk attitude and this review I'm writing after visiting 2yrs at this clinic. I was fed up today with their behaviour and I was pushed to write this review.

A place where the staff is supposed to be humble, accomodating and welcoming, they treat you really badly!

Friends, never ever take the facial from kaya clinic sector 18 Noida. I had facial at Kaya. I told them for hydra facial but instead of that they did signature facial and tried their best to convince me that this is hydra facial as I am a fool. "Disappointing". The manager of kaya is also very rude and unprofessional.
Don't waste your time and money. Kaya has become nothing but a regular salon on a street.
My point is not about service, its about callous behavior. They assume the customer to be stupid.
I would not suggest any one to waste their money on this center especially for facial.
VERY Disappointing AND REGRETTING A LOT.

I have taken the qswitch and hair laser by the Taniya madhra she is very polite and comfy girl and properly gave you time I have been more satisfied with her in the session by using the products.kaya therapists and the entire staff is extremely professional and cooperative. I was a little hesitant with her at first but she made me feel comfortable throughout the session.

I am very Happy with the Taniya therepist she's is very sweet And good girl and her facial is very gud I liked her service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I have been a client of kaya since 2012. Even after moving out of country, i continued my relationship with Kaya and kept on buying the services which were recommended and upon my visit to India, I used to avail them.

My recent visits to them is extremely unpleasant.

Kaya used be luxury and class.but I guess now over the years, it has become nothing but a regular salon on a street.
The staff they have is not professional at all and don’t even understand the value of working for a brand.they are rude and behave as they are doing a favor.

I needed to take an appointment.to start they don’t have there no updated on web.finally upon connecting I requested for an appointment.the staff provided one date and time. I requested any possibility to prepond. I was told with pretty much rudeness” NO”. I also requested the staff to update my contact details so that they can reach my as my old no is not available.

Anyways.when I finally visited on my scheduled appointment, I was told that, machine is not working and they tried reaching me to let me know that.when I asked which number they tried as I did not get any call, they gave me my old no. I said I requested to change to the girl who booked my appointment. THEY SAID they don’t know who did that. Anyways.she said it will be done in few hours and asked me to visit after 4 hours same day at 5: 00.

When I again almost reached to them I got a call again from then and said come tomorrow as we had other bookings as well and today is not possible. I told them then why did they confirm, she had no answer.more over when I said I am leaving country tomorrow, she said bluntly, NO today not possible. This wa a manager of store.

My point is not about service, it’s about callous behavior and ignorance.

This is not what we pay for.

Srijana - Amazing service by her and always very humble, flexible during my services. All the sessions were covered by her with best service.

Worst experience ever. After spending thousands of money on laser hair removal treatment for facial hairs, the hair growth is grown back in doubles of length than original. Very disappointed and regretting alot that why believed in the words of YouTubers and Kayas reputation.

Staff is very dishonest with the service. They offer cheaper package to attract the customer. Once you're convinced and get trapped in their deal, they won't care about your treatment at all. Their beautiful Dermatologist, is very selfish and tries to sell kaya's expensive and worthless products without even listening to your actual concern. Please don't play with anyone's skin (specially face) for the sake of money.

I love getting facials at Kay’s Skin Clinic. I have the best experience with them. I love getting facials from Sri, as she is the best person available for the facials at the clinic. She is very co-operative and services you after thoroughly assessing your concerns.
As for Laser hair reduction, I recommend asking for Sajida. Another very co-operative person. She makes sure all your needs are met and your sessions are easily scheduled. I have had the best time with her. I specifically seek her out for my sessions.

They're good at what they do but their service sucks. They do not value their customers time, once you give them money they'll treat you like they own you.

Please dont visit kaya noida.staff sitting at reception is extremely rude.often you feel insulted.they dont guide you in right way.but there is one kaya therapist priyanka.this girl is very hardworking, i really appreciate priyanka work. I request you to please dont visit kaya noida.atleast this center.u will surely have horrible experience otherwise u will regret like me.my money got waisted.they will never pick up call.once they take money from you.

After selling services they will not entertain you. Doctor are money minded.if you want x they will add x + y + z package and say this is good for you.

As the pandemic situation improves, you expect even better customer service since beauty services were affected for a long time. But not at Kaya Sec 18 Noida branch. The worst customer service ever, and that too because I wanted to use a voucher which was provided by my bank.
The staff told me that doctor will look at skin and suggest the facial, but all they suggested was a package. The staff was pretty rude and in a hurry to make a payment but did not start the facial for atleast 30 mts. And all this despite booking an appointment. Neither do they disclose the service list and prices anywhere on the website. And assume the customer to be stupid. I am Never going there again.

Very very pathetic experience, they will give you appointment on call and when you arrive they will make you wait for hours and say we don’t know who gave you appointment we are full but please wait, the work is also bad last time they made a burn mark on my sister’s face at two places, hopeless experience. Big time cheats, they lure you into expensive treatments but do not give that treatment. I caught them using substandard products as moat of the time, clients do not check the products they r using.

One of the most horribly managed Kaya centers. Despite multiple confirmations, you'll need to wait for an hour for your session to start. Even if it does start after your repeated requests, they'll move you to a room and then make you wait like a dummy for another hour. I had my appointment at 1pm, which started at 2pm. At 3pm I gave up and walked out because everyone just vanished or refused to start the session.
Save some time and book an appointment at another clinic.

Request to Kaya Noida: if you're overbooked, then PLEASE DON'T BOOK FURTHER APPOINTMENTS and waste people's time. What's the point of keeping it full during covid? !

Quick update: Kaya responded to this feedback with an automated reply that they basically post to every negative review, trying to show that they care or they are listening. They're not. It's only for show purposes. I filed a written review on the email provided by them and nothing has happened. Futile to have any expectations from their customer service.

Nowadays they do not pick calls if you want to book the appointment. Also they take out the receiver off their landline so noone can call them. It just says busy.

Only money no other motive will try every mean to get the customer trapped, take money by various means. If I tell you my truth There is a lady Staff head there in noida she trapped me so that i could believe in her words than sold me there prescriptions. Now after 1.5 years when results are below average she is trying to show that I am sorry.what the hell I spent 1.2 lakh rupees and now you are saying sorry. There is a complaint helpline of kaya care@kaya, they are worse they will not hear you so my request is to people dont spend your hard earned me here. Search and find some good clinics and doctors
Don't ever go to this clinic for hair transplant, looting only just need money.

Dr. Lee is very hardworking, sincere and dedicated doctor. She knows what we are looking and what exactly we need for treatment.she guide you and teach you about the treatment. And i must say she is a blessing and magic in her hand, you never feel pain in painful procedure. I experienced this personally when i came here and took the services. You must visit Kaya Noida and meet Dr Lee for right and genuine consultation.

The services are excellent! The staff isn’t in a hurry but performs the task with precision and diligence. I would definitely recommend taking services from Sajida. Recently, I got my laser sessions done with Hyaprion, which is just cool air, you don’t feel a thing and so absolutely effective.

The service was wonderful. I took acne free aqua therapy today and the experience was great. Sajida has done a job very well. She is very courteous and absolutely perfect in her job.

Pathetic service. They just sell you package at exorbitant prices and then just completely forget about it. Wrong treatment was continued on my skin when that was showing adverse effects on my skin. Both their doctors and staff are extremely negligent. No one checks or even listens to your complaint. They keep doing wrong treatments until your package is over, there id jo one to check if it's even having desirable affect. The staff keeps sleeping all the time, even after booking appointments they made me wait for two hours on each visit. Kaya is just a fraud company, they cannot be called a clinic at all. Their doctors are just puppets in hands of management, who just do a sales persons job. They do nothing but just extort money from you on deceptive sales tactics and absolutely no response from treatment. Complete waste of money.

My first experience in Kaya sector-18 was good. Mamta was my assistant and it was a very comfortable experience with her. Laser hair reduction was a little painful but bearable also.

Worst customer service. I have booked an online appointment for derma consultation at Kaya. After reaching the clinic, I was made to sit for 15 mins initially. After waiting for 30 mins, when I asked about my consultation, the lady at the reception asked me to wait for ten more minutes. The same thing repeated for over an hour. And even after I kept waiting for one and half hour at reception, none of the staff even bothered to attend to me. Very bad experience. Frustrated, I had to leave in the end without consultation. How is Kaya running this branch when it is failing badly at managing customer appointments? No respect for customers' time.

Kaya service at sector 18 noida centre has improved by leaps and bounds since giving critical feedback. Sessions begin and end on time, and also their machines are working properly now.

Never ever go there. Fraud people I have ever seen. They will just take ur money and after that stop responding to ur calls or mags. They did fraud to me I made bookings to avail 3 sessions and after that lockdown happened I could go After this when I requested them to provide me sessions they asked me to pay money again. Fraud People. Never ever go there. I was confirmed by these people that i can avail the few session, however when i went their they said that i cant avail and i need to pay for it again. I discontinued my treatment in February this year and informed them face-to-face and even sent an email to [email protected]. No body ever responded to address my grievance but today I got a reply saying I need to pay my pending installment, and if I'm not statsified with the treatment then I can buy the products of the same value.

Started laser hair removal and I'm completely satisfied with their services. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Shivani at the clinic is doing my laser and she is a professional at her job. Looking forward to avail more sessions and services at kaya.

I was infected some virus and due to this there was lof of dark spot in my face then i went Kaya Skin clinic and met Dr Lee. P. Mei and now I am very much satisfied with her treatment and dark spot has removed from my. I am really very thankful Dr Lee.
