Your sales officer here at patna is not good, his behavior is absolutely like a ruffian, we can't expect rude behaviour from a person who is representing a company of such a reputation. He is related to institutions sale, area Exhibition Road patna Bihar

The service provided for my Kent RO on 27 Oct 2023 was very poor. The Service engineer was more interested for changing all the filters of RO then cleaning the RO although the same were changed in Feb 2023 about 7 months back.

The customer care service is absolutely pathetic. The escalation department always hangs up the phone after putting on hold for 10 mins.

Kent offers 3rd class spare equipment such as Membranes which in turn force the customer to keep paying for some spare part or other every few months

Kent Management should be ashamed of themselves

Will never purchase Kent ever again

Technician came cleaned the filter and fixed it without cleaning jar. He don't even checked TDS. Also, I booked regular several time but no response after multiple followup, appropriately they closed the service booking without any information.
Even I called consumer care, I haven't got proper support from them.

If this is the way how Do we as a consumer will have to support company.
I need proper explanation to avoid further excalation.

We purchased kent ro in April 2023. Jab se purchase kiya hai mein leakage ki problem hoti kabhi pani nahi aata. Four five time inke service employees aaye but theek nahi hua. Agar aapka product theek nahi hai tab product change hona hota hai.please change our ro. No water

Service not satisfactory.
Lot of follow up required by customer.
Company follow ups to get AMC payment then no service.
Customer suffers at every break down and some or the other part is replaced ranging from 3k to 5k to get the machine working.
Already paid more than machine cost for parts replacement.
Suggested to start preventive maintenance to company but no one listens even in the escalation matrix.

I have been constantly facing the misbehavior of our client Mr Utsav chibbar (HOD - retail department - Kent RO).
He’s been unprofessional and always use abusive words without any reason. I wasn’t able to tolerate his unprofessional behavior and it affected my mental health.

He use cheap language and personal comments ("yaha lasho ki tarah aake khade ho jate ho, esa lag raha hai me kisi laash se baat kar rha hu, apne maa baap ko road pe le aaoge tum, etc etc. ")
Also use abusive languages in front of girls and he has no manners how to talk to girls. Literally it is so disgusting.sorry! We do not belong this cheap environment or family background where we listen his abusive language and tolerate his arrogance.

Scammers and cheats! Pathetically engineered products that are designed to keep failing to rake in massive profits for their greedy mafia of service centers. They lost me as a customer after 8 yrs and the day is not far when they will lose many more if not all. Stay away from Kent!

Suggesting everyone donot buy kent products at all.services very bad and customer crying by calling no one coming till 4 to 5 days

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस, एक बार आपने RO machine खरीद लिया उसके बाद आपकी जिंदगी में परेशानी ही परेशानी। कोई सुनवाई नहीं है, क्योंकि मैं employee भी हूं इसलिए मुझे पता है कि ये लोग ग्राहक के साथ क्या व्यवहार करते हैं।
मत खरीदिए.

इस कंपनी के MD or Director (दोनों बाप बेटे), CBI कि रेड में पकड़े भी गए हैं। ४ दिन तक ऑफिस बंद था।

One of the Nice place in industry to visit in Noida. I had a official meeting with them. They have several rooms for meeting purpose. Show room for their products. Good hospitality. They offered me for water and Coffee. And very attractive Reception.

I had purchased a Kent pride Plus RO system on 19.5.19. Since then I have complaint four times fir very same problem. Every time technician comes and does something but again same problem arises in a week time. Very bad product with very poor service. One should avoid purchasing this products. Unchi dukaan phike pakwaan.

Service is very poor in deoghar. I complained 2 day before but no one came for repairing. Please improve service

Bad company. Looks only good from outside. Chemical smell on the floors. Stinky place. Interview process is worst. They will keep you hanging. Don't go for interview there.

Such a pathetic company to work with.
Guys beware before joining this company don't spoil your career, no flexible working hours, mental harrassment for women, manager used to shout like anything.
In terms of salary hike they give same salary or give 15% hike i.e equivalent to performance appraisal.

Very poor Service from Kent in Bangalore. Since 4 we are following with customer care but still Tech nation not yet attended the request.
