I need a new remote for my 65 inch kodak tv. Vosited the factory at Noida. The owner refused even a meeting. Where can we buy a new remote for tv.there are no showrooms for Kodak tv in NCR

One of the best TV I came across. I have MI TV at my native home and trust me after using Kodak TV I am in love with it. It is better than MI in terms of video quality, sound quality and app supports.
Most of the other brands are foreign and they collect data anonymously to give us more ads and collect money from us.
Most of the negative reviews are from competitors as they tend to harm image of best competitor brand.
It is manufactured in India so we get full support from the team. Also, price range of all the products are less from other big brands.
Overall I will suggest this brand over any big brands. Just go for it. You won't regret.

Disaster product. Have the apps don't work. Bought it more than 1 year back & still struggling to make it work. Don't buy it even if it is free.

Very excellent product, best 4k quality in best price and surround sound also very good. No hanging issues. Best customer service after sales.

As kodak is made in india I got my spare of my old kodak tv now working fine I think kodak tv should decrease there call charges
They are charging 500 too much

I was buy 55'' 4K kodak television in 2nd November 2020 television quality is good, service is very pour they are given telephonic support only. I bought Kodak tv and now my tv is still in warranty period and now I am trying to Kodak customer helpline no. But they not help me out and even Kodak helpline no. 180030002288 is not available to contact.

Very bad service. No service is provided. My tv is not working. No response is taking from company. No contact no. Contact no.is not working. Complaint many times. Only I have used 6 months and not working tv. Very bad service

Fast & on-time delivery.
I have been using this TV for the first week.
Sound quality is great.
No lag in Connectivity with wi-fi.
Wall mount feature.
YouTube, hotstar, Netflix, TED, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Gmail etc all apps I have installed (some are pre-installed) and running good.
Screencast from mobile working expected.
Fully satisfied.
Cons:
Kodak should create an app to operate TV through mobile.
Qwerty keyboard feature for searching on YouTube etc.
Screencast from mobile is not coming in full mode except YouTube or movie playing mode.

I am using kodak from last one year and as it is working really smoothly and also I am getting better services so I am happy with the product

This television is really Good product. We bought this television 4 months back. We have not faced any kind of such a issue in this television. We loved this product. We just bought it in 10000 rs cheapest price. It's support all kind of videos and easy to connect with home theater and setup box. Good money valuable product.

Never buy Kodak Tv. Kodak's After sales service is worthless. I bought it in Aug 2020 and its not woking from 6th of Dec 2020. It has been 19 days to lodging the complaint. They give me just complaint ID (GUJ1220TV00013) on email. And irony is that today (24 dec) they sent a new part which was also faulty and technician came back. Now I don't know when technician will come again with new part. Very disappointed woth Kodak Tv. Never buy.
