I want to warn foreign tourists not to withdraw at kotak bank, i was the victim of a fraud on april 15,2023 at a kotak ATM in agra. I tried several times to withdraw 10000 rupees because each time the money did not arrive and in the end I discovered that I had been taken about 500 euros from my bank account while I never received the money. I went to see the kotak bank who told me that I couldn't do anything, that's called theft!

Staff members behaviour was rude.
Not listening to coustomer.

Isse bhadiya hain sarkari bank 2 din me kuch bhi karwa sakte he instant sarvice
Inka to 15/15 din tk ac hi re active nhi hota
Or charges very high

I have account in this branch of bank. My net banking was blocked since 5 months in spite of give written application my net banking is not restored and the employes can not contact their head office to find out the reason. Very bad service.

Such a pathetic bank, I've been getting outstanding amount message for the credit card I don't have I ask people to help me with it one says go to this department. The other says go to that department I'm fed up.

Policy of the bank is totally chu**apa. After taking all my documents they rejected my BT process. I wasted my time n money for udis etc.these chu**as should know about customer cibil n existing loan statements.

Worst Expirence It's been a month, they failed to open current account and still not received my refund.

There is no responsible person.i have applied new account opening request one month ago but no result.

Stupid Bank, Stupid Staff. That guy who do passbook updation is unreasonably rude. Lady which sits on first or second bench of the entrance behaves like she's the top of the world employee of the bank and acts like she's doing a favour on you. Rude and unsupportive staff. Closed 4 Accounts of my family.

Service staff is OK. Well I didn't take any type of service from here but it is private bank then yes services are good enough. It is located on main road in sanjay place in front of MAX shopping mall.
