Kotak Mahindra Bank Regional Office

Kotak Mahindra Bank is a very useless company. If you go here for interview, your week will be ruined. And the manager here is very bad who wants to get the work of two people done by one person and if you join then he can call you anytime in 24 hours instead of 8 hours for work. The manager does not ask questions related to job and skills. And asks unnecessary questions, interferes too much in your personal life. I hope that if you get an interview call from Kotak, you will act wisely.

I did work with kotak and they didn't provide my complete salary they cheated me. I'll never work with kotak.

Don't know why everytime when someone tranfer me money and it didn't get credited into my account but money was deducted from their account. It's happened all day.

Overall my experience has been that they will not give you entry unless you have any reference company or without reference you will not get entry.no interview Most Important It is important to have reference with you, otherwise you can sit on the reception and wait. You will not get any information related to job and job post there.you can come through requitor.company has a huge space. The canteen area of ​​the company is also good, here you can buy. Gym facilities available but you can do it only when you pay money.

GOOD STAFF, for new employee this is good place, if heshe want learn and grow in banking sector

It is bad place to working people they hire innocent people then they make them slave for the kotak bank if someone raise their voice against for it, forcely take resignation from the nice people.

I worked there found that there is no Hr.policy and give so much less salary working hours is so much.

Main issue is that it is outside area of Noida in which reaching so difficult & there is so much politics in the offices even they have not good environment and culture and at the starting they will show you how much great environment here but girls safety is also not there and there is lot of goons working here their intention are always take advantage of innocent girls.i hope takes decision wisely if you get any offer here for working.

So pathetic service, after my foreclosure of loan they gave the NOC with wrong Car no, contacted customer support 1000 times no resolution, they made me visit their regional office sec 125 noida (most of the days you will find it closed, like for any festival of India you’ll find it closed) where I had to wait along with interviewee aproxx 10 after they called me to the respective floor then again made me wait for next half and hour, even after that no resolution.

This is worst bank for car loan, if you have taken and want to foreclose aur try any other thing you are doomed. Please do not go for this bank or atleast this branch.

All Covid protocols are being followed, proper social distancing is being followed, Id proof is being taken for every visit and a separate I'd card is being provided for entering the office.

Do not take Car Loan From Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited because its really worst Company. They Increase loan automatically without Your Permission otherwise if you talk some regarding issue they clearly denied and They Didn't Listen anything. They Hire People to Threat You and also demand money for that people. Customer care didn't reply properly So i would Suggest Never Take Loan From Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited
