Lanka maidan is a great place for fare and Mela and all the public events as like assembly of any minister is taken there.

Lanka Maidan is a very useful ground of Ghazipur city. It is the largest ground situated in the center of the city. The hall located in Lanka Maidan is very useful for marriages. There are always various events taking place in this ground. Events like political rallies, religious discourses and fairs always take place. The parking facility here is very good.

यहां दशहरा के दिनों में रामलीला का मंचन होता है दशहरा के दिन लंका दहन होता है रावण का पुतला जलाया जाता है इसलिए जिला का मैदान कहा जाता है यहां पर विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रदर्शनी लगाई जाती है चौथा कथा प्रवचन का कार्यक्रम चलता रहता है प्रत्येक वर्ष गायत्री शक्ति पीठ द्वारा चौराहा गायत्री मां यज्ञ कराया जाता है यहां पर शादी विवाह के कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित होते हैं तथा नेताओं का आगमन होता है भाषण होता है विभिन्न प्रकार के कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं

It's just a open ground. But it having a small park in right corner of that ground. There is nothing too interesting. But all the season commercial fares organiz there. It's too attractive and interesting also.

Good and large ground for playing but the amenities can developed for beautification of the ground. My nephew goes every Sunday for playing cricket professionally.

Huge field. Organisation of different festival and program are great. I visit on dusserhra and fare.great experience. But yes washroom facility is missing. As it's bare land, which is turned out to stages and circus, fare and so on. Out the the gate autos are easily available.

Lanka maidan is a Ramlila maidan and you can book it for marriage, party and any other occasions also and it is one of the big ground in Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh

Grown up watching Lanka maidaan From a Dirty Ground to Well Maintained (50% still can improve more) Ground, It's consists of a marriage lawn inside at a very reasonable price, It is no more "Lanka maidan" it has been named as "Ramleela maidan"now, The second biggest ground in our city, It had its own history. From a chief minister to prime minister it had saw all of them during election times. A cricket ground, election campaign ground, Ramleela Ground to circus ground, any sort of government functions, fare is arranged in Lanka maidan, within its premise it has a temple and a school also.

It's main place of Gazipur While coming from Varanasi by road. You are not able to find any convenience for Varanasi then you can visit this place to have private buses and taxis. This place is on walking distance from Railway Station of Gazipur. Local market is also situated in Lanka.

I have visited at Lanka maidain it's amazing place it has a very large place for sports and at summer and winter season pradarshani comes it has a marriage hall also this is a amazing place
