I asked for the anti smog lenses, but the smog appears whenever, I wear a face mask. I think it's not worth it.

I super liked everything but one feedback, I got both my spectacles with photochromic lenses but they hardly change colour in sunlight, same thing happened last time and same this time. I am very upset and never tend to come back to your store again. Feels like cheating as I am in dubai and came to India for a visit and got these glasses made from my fav store in sec 18 Noida. Sorry but stated the fact.

They r big time fraud and cheaters and cheating their customer, they talk nicely to sell their 3rd quality product and when its about services they try to find the corner, even management is very poor.my friend somesh shukla hd visited their for some issues nd found that they had made few things without his knowledge and now they are giving excuses for everything. Better to take/make ur spects from somewhere else as they r worst

I would hv given 0 star of there was a possibility.don't go by their reviews as dey r paid reviews. 1 of d worst services experience.they force u to take warranty for 1 year but don't tell u terms n conditions. To my surprise they used warranty before handing over the new frame to me n I don't know that.

The worst pathetic disgusting third class service they provide. I ordered my spects on 28 Aug and it's been 10 days but i haven't received my order yet. Everytime I call them they said the product is out of delivery. How much time it take to deliver the product in the same city. They do so much advirtise ment about their services but in reality it was disgusting. Never order from them in future

Lousy service. I went to get my specs tightened and the store refused to tighten them correctly and left the frame tilted to one side.
I got a follow up from the store where they wanted more information! I may as well get my specs serviced from another vendor.

No one was there to entertain us, better to buy something from gusain opticals in mayur vihar phase-3.

Service was good few years back but now it's not upto the mark. New staff would not even like to attend you. They will ignore your voice even after calling them 5-6 times. Although there were sufficient staff people but Noone bothered to attend customer or answer queries. A simple eye test kept me waiting for more than half hour.

The branch offers good range of glasses and brilliant service for their customers. I am glad for the service I received

I haven't been to such inhuman shop. 5 customers were allowed at a time and I waited outside seeing the covid restrictions. But the staff didn't care how much time they should make us wait outside in such a humid weather. I was standing outside for almost 40 minutes and they were not bothered at all.

The store is nicely set and the staff is very caring specifically when it comes for the customer point. They give good time for the eyetest gives proper information and never ever judge the customer. I had a really pathetic experience, I expect that in a retail store of such a big brand at least the AC should be working but I starts suffocating since the AC wasn't working properly.

Getting your eye tested there after buying glasses is an extreme pain. It's so hot there inside as there ac does not work and literally I felt as I my eyes were burning.
There are other brands near lenskart which maintains their ac condition extremely good.

I visited the lenskart store sector 18 on thrusday.it was a good experience getting attended by the good staff and getting attention to get your eyesight check.but having such a nice store and giving all service.the temperature and the atmosphere inside the store was so pathetic and hot.i got my eyes check by specialist but it ws suffocating and sweating its soo hot there as nobody can stand there for more than 20 minutes.its such an huge disappointment for the customers. I would think twice next time as i was about to get unconditional dur to suffocation!

I didn't except this kind of service from Lenskart that is a Brand. I visited lenskart noida sec 18 branch, i have a wrost experiernce because there is 2 AC inside the clinic but they can't working properly.there is too much heat inside the clinic.i requested to please improve your facilities.
