Fabulous experience. Even the repair team was so quick and efficient, it left me impressed.

Wrong price tag was attached in one of the John Jacobs sunglasses which i purchased. While the price tag attached on it was of Rs. 4200+ GST but later on the staff told the item was of Rs. 5200+ GST.
So, kindly try to attach correct price tag with the items!

Lenkart, the employees are very much helpful. I have been using Lenskart for the last couple of years and it's been a good experience overall. We need more such brands (along with such employees, I must mention Amit ji who was very friendly and helpful).

Amazing experience, the eyes expect was very good to customers.
But there are many disappointments, first they are very low stock, and sell men are not well to customers, they behave just like han han, acha, nhi.

But I msut say that the eyes expert who check eye's, he is very good in his work.
But the main disappointing thing is that I said, there are very few options in frame, and they don't have all type of lens.
But lenskart is amazing.
Lenskart has thousands options, more then 5 type of lens.
And product quantity is bery good.

Pathetic service. Worst experience
Firstly a salesman calculated 2688 (with glasses) while selecting later just in 5 min the other salesman was like, "3360 hoga isse kam main nhi hoga, the rastes fluctuate and all" of same piece, so rude. I suggest no one to visit there. Do visit other branches.

Very lazy and unwelcoming staff. Lenskart offers free eye test but the staff here is making their own rules for the same. Also, the offers and collections online and at store are different, so not really motivating to buy from the store. I strongly suggest the the staff at this branch should be trained well or replaced.

Not good experience of getting lens frames and the assistance.mostly their stock was too old and the spec they prepared was not fitting in my face.

The one who has purchased online from the lenskart app were unable to get there eye tested and upload the same.
The store person will tell you to wait.until you, move automatically without eye test.
If you want to get your eye tested on priority basis then go to there shop and tell you are there for purchase, Choose a frame, tell them to get your eye checked and after free eye checking tell them any reason like expensive, better deal etc

They should change there free eye test campaign with buy offline and get an eye test

No power supply (generator), lack of employees, lack of space etc

The place is expensive. Not worth the money.
Moreover my sister went their and they gave her wrong lenses, which was not matching to her prescription and as result her eyes started to ache, and when we went to the doctor and showed him the glasses, he told us that the lenses were wrong.
Very dissatisfied.
