I am very much impressed with the service, the hassle free delivery and very friendly behaviour from lenskart. But I observed one thing, rates of online and offline stores are very different. I choose a frame from this store. Stuffs are very friendly and humble. You will have free eye test option too.

Friendly staff, clean environment, quick and satisfactory eye check up. Al Saba ma'am was quite helpful.

Great variety of frames as always, lenskart never disappoints, the service is as always courteous and helpful to any one stepping in the store for the first time, one can leave content with their purchase for sure! Great product quality and support staff as well.

Worst service ever, Owner is rude as well as not supportive. Delayed in service and not being apologetic. Low quality of products and price is high too. I would never recommend this goon shop to anyone. Guys never visit this shop he is a great thug.

It was a great experience overall at the Jankipuram branch of Lenskart's. The staff their was polite and extremely professional. Their collection was amazing and these all components added up which really helped me to buy my favourite glasses. Thank You!

I visited store to purchase new goggles, staff member were least interested in showing products which i enquired, and were busy in there chitchat, on asking about store manger they started shouting and misbehaving with me, my 7 years old got scared seeing this situation, Lenskart this sas not expected from you.

Worst experience. I called to enquire about eye checkup at store but Mr Aman store manager abused me. Never ever visit this store. Lenskart please see to it you handover your store to some sensible person or else will continue losing customer.

I love the way he/she held me to decide in choosing the eye glasses and specially Mr. Vipin he held me a lot and the product quantity is good

I think the branch manager of this branch should be redesigneted as LENSCART BRANCH DAMAGER which fully suits. If someone wish to degrade his business he should definitely go to this branch and take training of same. Really staff has no manners nor having concern of customers. They are not bothered to them but practicing showing rude behaviour to customers. Surprised to see that even after so many such complaints, Lens cart didn't take any action against them.

Pathetic Staff, no responsibility for delivery of specs.
They don’t even tell their names and ask to contact lenskart if you have any complains.
If you try to put your points or argue they will say there is no point of arguing with us.
Please refrain from this branch.

Worst annd pathetic behaviour. Did not allow to visit the shop at 8.15 pm due to personal reasons. Only two staff were present at 8.15 pm who behaved very rudely when requested for eye check up.

This is the new store of Lenskart. The frames are very good. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Store is clean and well maintained.

The staff will let you decide the frames according to your preference and they will not hinder you in this process. After that if you are not able to choose the frame, you can ask them to help you.

The best part is that they will not force you for buying the product by giving false suggestions.

Products at this place are really costly. The price range of the products vary here. The lowest price of the frame is ₹999/- and it may go upto ₹7000/-.

This price will get reduced if have a gold membership of Lenskart. You have to just tell the registered mobile number to them that you used to get the gold membership.

Buy one get one free is valid at all the stores of Lenskart. For some of the frames, price is reasonable but most of the frames are very costly and the price is going upto ₹7000/- for the frames only.

You can visit this place if you are planning to buy a new eyeglasses.

Pathetic. I had to visit the store for 5 times just because of wrongly checked eye power...
I went to store again to exchange my specs for power change. Which i gave of my own power prescription checked by some other store
. And I also asked one of the person in the store that can my exchanged specs be delivered on my address as the address given by them was store address not my home address, he said NO but the truth was that when you go to return/exchange option you have the option of changing the address. For pickup and exchange i had to go store many times.

Then after 3 days. When I called and asked about the specs they had not proceeded further and also said that Why I gave negative feedback on the link provided.

On call they will not talk to you properly if there is any issue. But when you will go to store for any complaint they will talk to nicely so that other new customers present in the store don't hear any of you words.

This has not happened only with me. But with my friend also but that store was some other lenskart location.
