Appreciated how they patiently assisted me in finding the perfect frames to suit my face shape and style preferences. The eye test was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain the results and recommend the right lenses for my prescription.

Additionally, Lenskart's in-store technology for measuring PD (Pupillary Distance) was impressive and made the process more efficient. The store had a pleasant ambiance, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit.

Was at Lenskart Kaiserbagh store recently. The executive Sonu and Shweta were very helpful. They agreed to fix my specs at no cost. Even they help you to get the best deals everytime. Their courteousness and professionalism is remarkable.

Very average store with limited and poor collection for sunglasses. Also most of the sunglasses displayed have scratches on them and for most of them they had not inventory of similar or same article. Guy at the cash counter is very rude and his attitude was like " lena ho to lo nhi to bhadd me jao". Seems like they don't have any sales target as after 9.30 they just kicked other people out of store saying store band hone ka time ho gya ab kal aana even other people requested just 5 minutes at store but they just sent them out. Its better to go ABC or KBC chashme wale which are just besides this store at kaiserbagh chauraha and you will get better service and better behaviour from employees which every customer deserves.

Nice process for eye testing, staff is very friendly and staff behaviour towards its user is very good.

Lenskart will be my first preference, totally satisfied with collection variety and services.

Karan behavior was very good.

Useless frames and there scheme of taking 2 frames even if you want to just try them for 1st time drain your money. At the end they drag you for insurance then add those charges and your budget get doubled. I hate wearing these glasses everyday.

I had been to store yesterday to enquire regarding glasses and contact lenses for my mother. But none of the staff bothered.

Its a business loss for lenskart, I was interested in 3500 glass as well as Gold Membership. Apart from this 1 contact lens was also to be made.
Collectively I would had purchased for 6 to 7000 but due to staff negligence I moved out. Overall Lenskart lost business and customer too.
Moreover I developed bad image of Lenskart too. Well secondly it does not makes a diiference to Lenskart because aise bahut customers aate jaate rehte hai. Ha ha ha.

ABC CHASMEWALA is far more better in terms of service.
