Pathetic repair service for my washing machine. Thrice visited by service person with wrong parts killing my time and no resolution even after about two weeks.

I recently called the service centre, and I was quite disappointed with the way the staff interacted. Their communication was lacking in professionalism and courtesy, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It's essential for service centres to improve their customer service skills to provide a better experience for clients.

It was excellent experience. Mr Siddique was very prompt in rectifying the handset. He would respond to call every time and would tell when to come. You need to visit just once

The washing machine pcb was changed without much issue quickly in 30 minutes. Parking though tricky is available in the basement. Don't park cars on the road as traffic police are fining violators

This is an official LG Refrigerator service centre. The staff is polite and the service was quick. I had replaced my Refrigerator gass filling or so. The charges are bit high, it did cost me 4k, but it has a warranty of 3months from LG. Very good to see LG still supporting its appliances sector.

The service experience is wonderful. People respond to us properly. I have to mention this Mr. Siddique's service was wonderful, he worked patiently on the issues

Worst experience. The people handling the call services can’t jot down an address. Please hire educated people at least. The service engineers are now not recieving the calls. I was told by them that my washing machine main unit part will be ordered and it will ill take 15-20 days. Now there is no information on it. I want to follow up but these people bos not picking calls. Heights of inconvenience.
