The behaviour of the staff is not good at all.they don't know how to behave with the guardian. If someone is asking you politely then you should also talk in the same way.
Especially the lady who is working in the xray department. She was too rude.
They should understand if someone is coming to your hospital they are not aware of the departments. It's their responsibility to guide.

Quick services and non hospital smell along with coordinating staffs. It provides bigger space for parking and also it is on non traffic place.

Dr Sagar verma (MRI) Worst service they even don't know how to talk with the patients every staff including Dr behaviour is very rude they kept us waiting for long hours just for a simple service.

Very bad service. Receptionist staff all very bad behavior.

Worst diagnostic centre ever. There employees and doctors are so errogant they don't listen and they are so not a customer friendly also. Worst management ever and they don't think patient value and there time.

Pathetic service. Their work completely seems to be Brokership. They do not respect time. They do not even care about the patients time. In MRI area we came at 12 pm other patients came after us and their MRI got performed but we still are in waiting list. I am giving my review at 3.25 pm and we are still waiting outside the MRI room. My father complained this to the Radiologist let see what will happen.
If you want to save your time and not treated asper the staff behavior do not come here.
MRI done at 4.45 pm. We collected reports on another day and presented to doctor. He told that report is wrong. This is what they delivered to us after all this. Giving star is mandatory otherwise they do not deserve a single star.

Very irrespossible staff. Called several times, everytime they said we will send staff but no one collected the sample. Upon confronting they said we are not able to call you.

If time shared by reception that patient will get the report within half an hour, why patient has to wait for more then an hour. Please understand the value of time and always share time including buffer. Will never visit this place, neither recommend someone to visit. Staff coordination poor.

They make to wait for long hours even for normal ultrasound because their working hour for ultrasound start from 11: 00 AM.

Strictly Not recommended for kids and pregnant ladies.

Worst service I've seen in my life. They can't provide a CT scan report even after 5 hours. If there was option, I would have given negative rating.

Good place for medical checkup. The center is very good, the service is even better. The staff here is very co-operative. Test charges are very reasonable. The reporting is very best. The location of the center is very good.

No option to give 0 star, but they deserve 0 star only.

They charged 2000 rs for level 2 ultrasound and made pregnant lady wait for 4 hours for level 2 ultrasound.
At least staff can tell a time slot when one should come.

I wish if there was a 0 rating.
1) They will tell you to wait for 2 hours and then will take 5 hours to do the test (my experience with ultrasound) and they will take 1 hour to provide the report
2) Toilets are very filthy
3) No process setup in the hospital, due which everything is unorganised

Very poor facilities and believe me if you are here your entire day will be gone. No proper management every now and then people shouting and fighting with the management complaining about the weighting queue.

Service of life diagnostic center is very good.there staffs are well knowledged.specially Monali mam was very supportive.

Worst centre in gorakhpur staff behaviour is very bad inko sirf apne paise se mtlab hota hai mrng ka test karke 2 ghante bolke evening me 5 bje bhi tym se report nhi de pate better choose another diagnostic center

Pathetic experience. Rude staff. Can't even talk to customers properly. Taking 3 days to give the report for Covid test and can't even send it online. Asking us to come to the centre to collect amidst all this risk.

I really don't want to waste my one start for this pathetic lab. They charge 1100 rs in name of home facility and after collecting money (as they are money oriented people) they will stop taking your calls. One person died in my family as they provided Report in 4 days and due to unavailability of Report medication and treatment could not be provided to that person. Other 2 reports are still pending. People or institute like them only take Money as their God and not saving others life. Due to people like them I think our Mother nature is treating us like this.

यहाँ भूलकर भी आना कोई भी मेरा X-ray 11: 30AM पर हुआ था और रिपोर्ट 10 minutes कह कहकर शाम को 6 बजे दिया इसने और मेरा मरीज़ अस्पताल में तब तक मर गया। जान बचाना हो तो यहाँ भूलकर भी मत आना।

Fast service you will get all types of test report but some employees are dull but this place is so clean it has many floors

Bad behaviour, huge time, one day they returned after waited for few hrs and other day took 4 hrs for xray.pathetic

I have visited in midnight and I get report with in one hour for ct report. This centre is very useful for diagnosis. Thankyou!

Total waste of time and money. Even they did not give report after 10 to 15 days. And every time they said- ma'am just wait for 10 min. Will call u soon. But when u call after 2 hr. Again they said - wait for 10 min.this 10 min means 10 days. (Galti se bhi yha jane ki galti mt krna).

Anamoly scan is only done in few centres and life daignsostic is one of then test is done by experience doctors and fully satisfied happy with this center and recommend.

This is the worst diagnostic centre. They do not reveal full test cost before test is done. And charge unnecessary money once tests are done. Already payment done in advance. And they don't hand over reports until extra payment is made.

On call they said that the report is prepared and they'll share soon on WhatsApp.
Since then its been more than 8 hours but I've not received a single message from them on Whatsapp. Even now they're not even responding on call. Mr. Goel seems go be a arrogant guy, he himself don't even care whether the report is been shared with the patients or not. Only thing Mr. Goel bothers is the money once the fees (the amount) is paid he didn't even allow his people to share the bill.

At the time of enquiry they have assured that they will be sharing the invoice/bill once the payment is done & the report once the test is done on Whatsapp and even on the email. But they haven't anything yet.

Worst experience with life diagnostic centre.

In past they have given a fake (or the wrong) report to one of my know patient. The patient was Covid positive but they have given him the Typhoid positive report. Still I trusted them and given them a chance but they don't deserve our trust and any other chance.

Ogtt is not reported properly although sampling done 3 times ft 1 hr 2 hr but in report ft 1 hr is mention 2 hr is not mentioned

Chairs are of iron with no cushions available makes it terrible to sit for such long hours especially for them who are not locals and have to wait.

This centre is complete fraud. The radiologist seems to be illiterate. He is even doesn't know how to do a lower abdomen scan. Because of his reports one of my relative got wrong treatment and finally when we got him scanned in Delhi a big tumor was detected which should have been diagnosed by the ultrasound earlier.

Complete waste of money time and health.

The worst diagnosis center in gkp. For an X -ray report you have to 6to9 hours. Never visit it.
