Not at all happy with their way of treatment. Medicines were not properly explained, it created such a problem but the staff was not cooperating at all

Great hospital in Gorakhpur, with friendly staff, good doctors, and accessible for tourists. I had to visit this hospital to see a general physician, and as a tourist it was the first time visiting a hospital in India. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful to me (especially as i don't speak Hindi), and promptly arranged for me to see Dr. Abhijeet Gupta, who is a general physician. Dr Gupta was great and provided very clear medical advice. I also had to have a blood test which was arranged very quickly at the hospital and i got my results within an hour, including seeing the doctor again to discuss them. There is also a pharmacy in the hospital so it is convenient to get any prescribed medications. Thanks!

She is a very professional and good doctor. I personally liked the way she explained all the details. Support staff is also very good. Doctors and nurses are approachable. I liked the cleanliness of room. Overall, it was a good experience here. Thanks to Dr. Deepa and nurses because of whom I am blessed with a baby boy.
