The special thing which i really liked about the staff specially the lady who was serving water to the visitors was really gentle and soft spoken and she was offering water to everybody with such pleasant smile and gesture that you just can't refuse, i hope and request the administration to take good care of her.

It was a good experience, Dr Abhishek Gupta is excellent in his work, explains really well, is polite and understands your smallest queries, such a talented doc.

The pathology is well maintained, follow appointment timings and staff is friendly.

I went for some blood tests for my child, i confirmed on phn that dib is available for sample collection, the receptionist said yes available but when after i deposited fees for test they didnt provide dip for taking sample. They used injection, the staff dsnt seems good, atmosphere was also not good 3-4 staff boys joking around the reception and was not taking attention when i was asking for general information about tests. I m not satisfied with the experience!

I got my blood test from this lab and I m totally satisfied with the reports specially CBC and dengue reports. This lab is NABL certified lab in jankipuram extension. Staff is well behaved and professional. Last but not the least premises is also very good.

So Unprofessional lack of blood collection kit he puncture my hand with injection and he didn't get a wain in my hand and I ask why he is using injection he tells me hum aise hi karte hai I prefer redcliffe they collect my blood before and I can't realise the needle of their kit and lifeline labs your banda ask me for 50 rs w t h for puncturing my hand with his injection I never recommend your lab my hand in pain.

Home collection charge is 200 told me by the lab staff which is too much high within 500 meter distence as compare to others lab. Unsatisfied
