We recently got our home renovated with Livspace interiors, And we highly recommend them for their design experience, practical approach to requirements and the on time delivery. Divya created wonderful designs and helped with the interiors as well. Ahtesham was our Project manager and operations lead, he was with us at every step and managed the execution completely. He has a solution for every ask and took extreme care delivered as per our requirements. Thanks to the complete team for getting it done.

My designers were fine but the 10 year warranty clause was not told clearly as it has terms and conditions and it is only for 2.5 yrs. After that clients have to bear the 25% cost for the next 2.5 yrs, then 50% for the next 2.5 years and 75% for the remaining 2.5 years. The carpenter team which was working at my site, out of them some have really good experience but some are not good. Matterial is good but the carpenter should be well experienced for getting a proper fit and finish. One of my wardrobe was not made properly as some new guy came. Different set of carpenter will come every new day. The local carpenter never waste any space when they take the measurements but they use to leave some space around the wardrobe and in the kitchen and put fillers to hide that space.
The overall summary is, in their experience center you will find everything very attractive, but on the ground it is very expensive and you will never get satisfied completely. Outside carpenters do very good work in comparison to them, and you will find that cheaper even if you buy the same quality material from the market. Recently I got my other wardrobe done with a sliding door from an outside vendor, it is looking more beautiful and it is much bigger in size if i compare it with their wardrobe. It cost me the same price if i compare it with their wardrobe and I used the same company hardware which they use.

The concept was explained & shown properly. The only suggestion I have is that if some more ready units are on display, it will be much better.

The same old story of big firms. At the first meeting they lured by giving discounts and got me signed for my project. Initially the response was very good. Till the design and rendition, everything was going at right pace.
When the payment was done the real story unfolded. Delay in execution, samples not being approved, final finishing was not done stating company policies - to name a few.
The designing team seems to have no knowledge about colour combination or colour chart. It seemed that the hurry was to get the deal closed and get payment from the customer since the payment was to be done to done in full before orders are placed.
The installation team delayed due to delay in production and the timelines were automatically rescheduled on Livspace Hub. The team also seemed to be in hurry for getting a closure report since they had to meet their timelines.
I had to point out the faults in the design and workmanship which was not being addressed first. Then I had to take up the issues with the senior executives. But the local team response was very poor. Finally the head team from Bangalore had to step in.
But only a single issue regarding granite colour was left unresolved for which a measly refund is still being awaited. However the delay penalty on part of the company is still not finalised.
Finally I can say that, the quality of material is as promised. However the designers are not very capable to address the customer requirement. Too much delays in execution and final finishing not very promising. I had to make a lot of correspondence with the company to get the work, as promised, done. Too much of my time and effort wasted. Not a very professional or on time response as I had expected based on the company's advertisements.
I may have to think before recommending the company to anyone.

Note. Ratings reflect the overall experience of which the installation team was far better than the designing, onsite and managerial team.

Experience with Livspace - wonderfully curated interiors keeping your requirements and comfort in mind at the same time. I got to know about livspace from a friend and trust me thats the best advise i have received. I had my kitchen and wardrobes done by Shitiz Gupta and team. They were very thorough with every detail and requirements. Every step of the way Shitiz was in contact with multiple follow ups everyday about how the project is coming along. From choosing the colors to replacing everything i didnt like they were above my expectations. I am in love with the kitchen i have now and the wardrobes are far beautiful than i expected. I would recommend livspace a 1000 percent to everyone. And if you get Shitiz and his team on the project thats just cherry on the cake. Thank you livspace.

Shubham and Anish helped me in renovating and Crystalizing the already existing interiors which was quite an effort.

Bad quality work got crack on cermica bad pannerl get damaged in 1 week. They charge gst but don't pay bills. @Mahak @ Rishab@ sehwag please beware of them. They just connect with u when they have to take payments. After many call and may they even don't bother to reply back.

We had hired this year both civil work and modular work from livspace. Civil work is basically from livspace franchise company Elevate architect. Livspace module quality is 9/10, but civil work from elevate company is 1/10.i have all the proofs you can contact me. Our dream home became a disaster by civil work quality @15 lacs including modular. Many tod fod, items got stolen, wrong execution we had faced due to designer fault. So go for livspace but dont go for elevate company.being in same field myself i never recommend anyone this. Our designer head was Ms Priyanka Ahuja. Still project team had helped us in our nightmare to make things done.

Livspace did a great job with designing and executing our kitchen design! The whole process from choosing the design, the dimensions, the budgeting and execution was really professional and simple compared to hiring just any freelance contractor or carpenter. The Architect on our project was Priyanka Ahuja and she was really thorough and listened to all our requirements patiently and gave us practical solutions according to our space. I would recommend to give them a try as it will save you a lot of headache of supervising the work yourself.

Went with a friend to get an Outlook on what can be done for his new flat. Ms Priyanka Ahuja was the one who was assigned to us. First of all, you should never hire people who have no idea on how to make a decent conversation. The woman is so rude! She needs to understand that decisions involving lacs cannot be made in a merry conversation. We asked for time to think but she became adamant that we do it right then and there. When we were leaving I even heard her say "Kitna chindi client hai" and something on this line only I think the firm you've have established earns it's bread and butter on the money of us 'chindi clients'. Good luck on sustaining and getting more clients with such attitude. Never returning ever again. Not me nor my friend.
