Doctor is good and soft spoken, but rest other staff is greedy and rubbish, they ask for money even do not provide all main bills which are required for reimbursement untill you complaint to higher authority. Irritate patients a lot.

Worst staff. No management. Staff only doesn't know when doctor will come. Doctor has no sense of time specially dr. Mukesh Agarwal.

Dr. Pankaj Kaushik is very good Trained Nursing staff other staff is help ful& polite billing section is very reasonable. Rest is ok

It is the worst hospital I will recommend u not to go there, they are just making fool of people just doing business.

Worst hospital in the area. Very poor management, medical store gaves supplementary medicines which are even expired.

Most important point first - The high rating of above 4.2! If you find who are those who have rated this hospital 5 star - A tank cleaning company, a MR, some other service provider, a lady who came for simple child care consultation. If you read actual reviews of the patients in need of critical care, this hospital is a nightmare! And that is the reality of this hospital. Not even fit to be OPD clinic. Inefficiency and corruption goes and hand in hand. While main doctors are arrogant and the staff ask for money for basic work. General ward of a normal hospital is better than their ICU. We had worst ever experience in hospital, when my grandma was treated. Kept for 2 days not even proper cleaning, bandage or wound cleaning done in 30 hrs. Pathetic hospital, please dont go by rating.avoid if you can.

One of the worst hospital all staff's are very rude to the patients relatives no proper mangent.
They only take money initially after that nobody will care about patients.
My husband went for surgery no proper rules and regulations in this hospital all hospital staff are working here for the sake of money. Not at all recommend.

My biggest nightmare is LOTUS HOSPITAL. From gallbladder stone removal procedure (DUCT) to DEATH… they don’t take a single minute to accomplish it. I lost my innocent father when Dr Pankaj Kaushik was doing ERCP on him. My father had been keeping well until he went inside the operation theatre … within 10 - 15 minutes the doctor came out and asked me about my father’s HEART HISTORY. What a non sense question he asked me being himself a doctor. Hadn’t he done all the test before? My father was not suffering from any heart ailment but he declared that he got a cardiac arrest and shifted him to ICU and then ventilator. Such a ridiculous and rude staff there who didn’t allow me to see my father’s condition for the next one hour. Dr Pankaj Kaushik is an inefficient doctor who himself doesn’t know about his patient health history but ready to do ERCP. He does not give a clear picture of the patient to his family members because he himself is clueless. Must be busy in making fast bucks. Hospital and the doctor are highly NOT RECOMMENDED. The one star is actually I used to post my comment.

Very bad experience, no common rule or guidelines. Guidelines are totaly depends on the staff, if any problem in hospital you will not find gravience cell in entire hospital
And the staff will not tell you administration's contact no, so finally you are helpless in this hospital

We have also try mechanised water tank cleaning service hygienic chemical treatments UV. C light product 100% germs and bacteria clean

Dr. Bharti Agarwal is Vry kind nd helpful during the course of treatment, it's a wonderful experience to have a experienced doctor with the lotus hospital.we recommend Dr Bharti Agarwal those needed.

I had never seen like this, the worst ever experience of hospitalization, all the things they do
only after paying money #Hungryformoney, no one listen or care about patient. Nurses and wardboys doesn't pay attention to their work and in the ICU there are so many beds at very little distance which makes it general ward and expose the serious patient to more serious infections from belongings. Not following any covid rules and hygiene is also very poor.

Dr saurab Sharma ji is very irresponsible and because of him I lost my grandfather. He is treating him since 2 months n don't even know what illness he is suffering from

Dr. Mahima Upadhyay, the best gynecologist. She is a very caring doctor. No words for her kindness. Though I have met many gynecologists,  but she is the best out of them. Very positive, calm & inspiring doctor I have ever met.

Services provided here are worst, WASTE OF LIFE & MONEY, i am waiting here (LOTUS hospital, agra) from last 5 hours with patient, still doctor (cardiologist) isn't arrived (even government hospitals are providing good services then this private LOCUS), i just want to say, don't waste your time, money & LIFE, & please select any other hospital instead of LOCUS.

Unprofessional staff.
Doctors maybe alright, but most of the nursing staff and the attendants are underqualified.
They don't have even basic medical knowledge.
I think this hospital recruits road side mechanics as their staff.

As far as money is concerned. They pay 15lakhs in rent per month, and no matter if you are here for a 1 hour procedure, they will fool you, make the patient stay in ICU till the bill amount becomes as per their expectations.

This hospital staffs are nice and cooperative but Doctors are cheap and they wants money only. Nothing else

Worst experience. My father passed away due to the negligence of ICU staff. Doctors are not that bad especially (Dr. Neeraj Kumar Sinha) was a very humble and down to earth man. He always gave us the best advice and was available 24×7. ICU staff was very cruel and really insane. At the same time it is very expensive. Really doesn't deserve a single star review.

Worst experience, I met. They do not have no sympathy with patient's family. They have to earn more and more money.
Staff is not supportive.
Even chairs are not there to sit.
No specialist doctors are available there.
They will not tell you till last breath of your patient that The case is in their control or Not.
