Dr. Sir.does not care about time, it is time for 11 Am and he arrives at 12Pm and in that too, after seeing 1 or 2 patients, he leaves somewhere in between.

He understands and listens to the problems carefully and gives treatment accordingly. All the staff are very humble and cooperative. Overall, one stop solution for all bone and joint issues.

Saurabh Aggarwal doctors talk to everyone very rudely and if you have insurance then they will claim your entire money. Despite this, they will have to pay money in cash.

Dr. Saurabh is very greedy person. He told his staff of medical store, not to give any medicine to any person whose prescription is more than 6 months old. I faced this problem and I personally met and request him not to do like this. But his rigid behavior surprised me that how a Doctor could be like this.

Pathetic. Waiting for doc for past 2 hours. He came late and until he came, there was no information on when he would come. Several patients were allowed to jump the queue. Now it has left his cabin and we are told that he has gone for breakfast. He showed up at 11: 30 am and left for breakfast at 12: 15.

Finally took our refund and walked out at 1: 10 pm. Shame on Dr Agarwal and the entire staff.

The doctors here are suportive. The facilities been provided is quite good with experinced staff members.

Most unhygienic, ill mannered management, Money Hungry Head Doctor and Rude Manager, You could have already experienced the most horrendous carelessness or you may be taking a decision to visit this Lucknow Hospital which is a ugly Stain on the name of Lucknow. And, if you are a patient with Medical INSURANCE, be sure to be ripped off because Lko Hospital has been waiting for you to make money thru you and STILL ensure horrific service that will give you nightmares for days on.

1) There is no service in private rooms, not even a call bell. Imagine the plight of general wards.
2) Staff can be found openly eating Moongfali in the ICU. Staff seen eating chips during Operation.
3) Blankets don't have covers to ensure you develop Infections, Rashes and exposed to Beg bugs.
4) Patients are shifted to ICU even if there is no need, to make extra money from insurance company, or simply because the private room doesn't not have any essential facility.
5) Doctors insists on medical reports only from Maahi Diagnostics, clearly have a cut in every report and gets mad if you do it from somewhere else.
6) There is no meal facility for indoor patients so be prepared to bring food/tea for your patients 3 times a day on your own.

I will not recommend even my enemy to look at this hospital for any minor surgery or even a basic check up.

I had gone to consult the orthopaedic at the Lucknow hospital with my 2 year old grand daughter who had sprained her foot. The attending doctor Dr. Saurabh Agarwal was busy scolding a worker using foul language and such a high intimidating tone with utter disregard to the presence of patients. While I respect the fact that the doctors are relieving us of our pains, they should not take us for granted. There is no favour happening.

Having already waited almost a year for treatment at The Royal Worcester hospital I gave up and contacted Solihull and Good Hope Sutton Coldfield to see if they could offer me MOHS treatment. They gave me a pre op interview within a couple of weeks and treatment in about 4 months. Excellent.
I was treated by Mr Al-Rawi who performed a perfect procedure and arranged my facial reconstruction the very same day.
Highly recommended.
