Looks fancy and all but product price is usually higher than other supermarkets, not sure how but they managed to have more MRP for same quantity product in comparison.

Lulu mall is a wonderful place for having full fun n Masti with your friends, family n near dear ones. Hyper market inside is a fabulous place to buy house hold items. The top floor food court is excellent, need to hv time to explore new things out there. I loved the delicious nawabi food.

And yeah I haven't seen this kinda Awesome PVR Theater in India.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Just avoid sunday evening as there is too much rush in mall, too much rush in food court on sunday evening you might even have to wait for half hour for your turn to find table.parking for your 4 wheeler is also hard to find on Sunday.

Huge discounts, great shopping items and stores, nice environment and food court is also good.

It's an amazing place to visit and it has new things and places which excites you. It is a little expensive but some of the places offer good prices. I love it's hypermarket, you should go check it out.

Lulu Mall is very good, neat and clean. However, Mall security and staff is not well trained. Lucknow Hospitality is completely missing now it remain only in books.

- Staff is available but they will runaway if you ask any question or help. You have shop yourself
- Credit/ Debit card machines were not working, Cashier asked to leave all the items (it include perishable items as well). How they manage food damage. God knows
- Customer Service is bad just another level no Lucknow feeling.

This mall came into the limelight when the video of offering prayers here became viral only after its inauguration. Now everywhere in the mall, there is a notice that religious prayer is not allowed here. This is a good step. I went to this mall for the first time with my family. The mall is very nice. The parking design is not good. Parking should have completely separate entry and exit routes for vehicles. There is not enough space for large vehicles to turn which causes problems. More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the food court and washroom. There should be a place for old, sick, pregnant women to sit. At present, shops of many brands are not open or are in the process of opening. If you have to roam and shop well in the mall then it will take a whole day. Keep in mind that weekends are very crowded. I only went on the weekend. Due to lack of time, we could not do much shopping.soon we will visit again.

Food not good don't eat, very expensive too, other than that it's fine, u want to buy something best place

Overall experience is good. We bought guava on 13th Oct.which were not sweet at all and it's waste of money. The fish we bought also was not cleaned properly.

Decathlon Is Placed At Two Floors And It's Quite Big And Awesome. There is Fun Area, playing area, car parking and lovely park Too. The managing staffs are doing great job.
