Worst experience. They take 10 days to come and 10 days to repair. U know what never buy Panasonic products, we are regretting after buying panasonic tv. Pathetic service. 0 star. Why is lg, samsung, jio good? Customer service. Write them mails, no response. Really pathetic!

Pathetic!
The only thing they've managed to do is to ensure i never but anything from Panasonic.
Aftersales support is the oft ignored piece of the buying decision and is the most critical part of it.
Absolutely deplorable condition of the support provided.
