Patients are not given due care in the ICU. This was my own second bad experience. MD needs to make intestine surprise visits to check the treatment and to maintain stars.

Pathetic hospital with irresponsible doctors and ill mannered staff & worst services. The hospital's ICU is so uncouth that my 89 years old grand father, discharged with 3 bedsoles, scaly skin, fungal infection in his groin areas, ulcers in his mouth, malnourished and starved condition. Please check whether the nursing home is being run by qualified doctors or quacks. OR have they forgotten the hypocretic oath. GOD SAVE THE PATIENTS ADMITTED IN MADHURAJ HOSPITALS PVT. LTD.

My Grandfather was admitted for over a week in the ICU. The treatment of the patient was fine. But, the patient was kept in a pathetic and filthy condition. There was no cleaning and sanitization facility for patients. They didn't clean and sponged my patient for the entire time due to which he incurred multiple skin and oral problems.

Madhuraj hospitals has been the hospital of choice for my family. Dr. Madhu Loomba and Dr. Akanksha Loomba are one of the best gynaecologist to handle any complex case. Best treatment by professional doctors. The admission procedure is extremely fast in case of an emergency. There aim is just to cure the disease of the patient effectively and efficiently.

Poor service! They don’t deserve any star! They have visiting doctors on call who fail to do follow up on the patients and lack communication with the patient! They have no clue as to how the medication is working with the patient’s body. This hospital is not working up to its full potential! Authorities should look into this as it’s a serious matter! It’s a matter of life and death!

Highly expensive and they don't even have there own doctor's who can look after patients whenever required they have consulted doctors from another clinic and they only visited hospital in the morning and and in the evening.
These people don't understand that an emergency ward require a doctor which should be available all the time for Patient.

The nursing staff is good, dietician and doctors are great. But the toilets are very unhygienic. Toilets are very less compared to patients and visitors. The cleaning staff not working properly. Bit expensive but nursing staff was very good that's why giving 3 stars.

Madhuraj is selling only their name. They are providing
pathetic facilities. Dr Madhu Lumba is asking for a new ultrasound every day for no reason. Even the radiologist of the Hospital is saying that ultrasound is not needed, but she has declared ectopic pregnancy and gave me a package of around 1 lakh for the laparoscopy surgery, but I consulted with a few more doctors they all said it's not ectopic pregnancy, surgery is not required even, I am very disappointed with Dr Madhu Lumba

Very good hospital with a very competent and caring team of Doctors and nursing staff. Excellent level of cleanliness maintained throughout the stay. Best staff is Sister Mamta, Sister Marie Aaya and Sister Dewki Aaya on ground floor.

, डाक्टर तनेजा साहब के योगदान से चल रहा हास्पिटल, जिसमें ज्यादा गम्भीर मरीजों को काम चलाऊ सुविधाओं के चलते को जरूरी जाँच से लगभग महरूम रखकर उदासीन रवैया से इलाज किया जाता है। लेकिन थोडे ठीक ठाक मरीजों का अच्छे डाक्टरो सही से इलाज किया जाता है जिससे इस हास्पिटल की गिनती कानपुर के अच्छे हास्पिटल में होती है। मुझे वास्तविक स्तर थोड़ा गड़बड़ लगा।

The charges are not justified like MRD, Maintenance, nursing service is slow and billing is very very low. A person goes from one desk to other but with slow response

Worst experience during recent admission of my father. Only focus on billing, no proper treatment, inexperience doctor who use to do only experiment. IN 10 days, they billed 80,000 Rs for oxygen. Never ever recommend to go for Madhuraj hospital. Fake medical bills have been charged. No revert on that.

It's just not a review, It's a complaint as the they don't even have a platform to share the same.

I end up having toe injury and the nearest clinic to reach was Madhuraj from the incident place

Me and my friend went there and staff attained us and asked my friend to bring some basic meds and gloves from the market

My friend left the place and I was waiting that some one will attained me and take care the bleeding but no one came for more than 10 minutes I tried calling some one from the existing room and no one came even after that.

Then I use my wheel chair and went to the reception and asked him to send someone to take care of bleeding and he told me he can't operate me without the meds which he asked my friend to bring, I asked him to do basic dressing and he started shouting and said "YOU SHOULD LEAVE FROM THE CLINIC" and I calm down and apologized and then quickly three guys came to operate me and did dressing, by the time my friend came with prescribed meds which were nothing but two shot of tetanus causing bacteria.

They also tried to take the payment in cash without any receipt and when I objected then they told me otherwise I have to pay extra which because of GST.
They were encouraging me to make payment without paperwork.

Conclusion:

Staff should have treated me the moment I enter the clinic but they did not treated me because they being rude, careless, insensitive and unprofessional which is unacceptable

Doctors generally visit one time in day (9-11 am)

But too much money loot.

There are very few units inside the hospital, and that too very much illiterate. The units that are called from outside, visit only once irrespective you are in HDU, ICU, NICU, OT Or room. Your patient will be in hands of Illiterate assistants, they will suck your blood and money and leave your patient bounds to machine. After that i dont think so your patient will anyways survive. So please don't ever enter the hospital.

Unprofessional staff, lack of care for the patient.

All they care about is your money, even if it's at the expense of your health. If you are there on mediclaim, they will hold you there as long as possible and make money from your insurer by doing unnecessary tests and services. Their services are worse than that of a government hospital where at least you can complaint if anything is wrong. But here, no one listens and you are at their complete mercy.

In Emergency Room Staff advice everyone to deposit Rs 50000 to admit in ICU & even on Ventilator
In department of HDU (highly dependent unit) monitoring is not done Jr. Doctors and their staff only making fun. They not even give an ear to warning sounds of Monitors.
Nurses are not fully trained, pinching of injections felt very painful.
Dietitian only fill her pocket or purse herself not caring of patients whether patient s needs are fulfilled or not.
I advised my family not to admit myself in this hospital even it is the only hospital in city or even I will die,

My father has been admitted in the ICU department for high sugar. They have zero knowledge of handling a senior citizen patient. First of all they won't let any attendants in the ICU and then they tie the patients hand and legs so that they do not have to pay more attention to the patient. Severe bruises can be seen in the picture. Also, rooms that they have provided had cockroaches and stinking smell. They have very small room considering a semi private room in any other hospital. If second patient has to be taken out for some examination then they have to literally move the couch to take the patient out. Charges for a semi pvt room is 6500 and is not up to the standards of what you are paying.

My advice to the people is to stay away from this hospital.

The worst and loose hospitality without any feelings. Totally money minded hospital. Careless staff. I'll never suggest.

Rude staff and careless Doctors who don't attend patients for at least 24 hours in emergency. They just want to plunder your money. Hospitality and care for patients doesn't exist here.

One health care worker or compounder in Madhuraj hospital firstly contaminates the needle of an injection with his own blood by pricking it in his thumb and does it with utmost shrewdness. He then injects that contaminated injection to people who come for getting vaccinated. He does this very often. I am sure this person has an infectious disease may be HIV or Hepatitis who knows. But he does this intentionally. It's a request by me for those who come to Madhuraj Hospital that pls keep the entire needle and injection with yourself and keep an eye on the compounder. I am not disclosing the name of that person but giving the responsibility to the administration to look into this matter Asap. Because anyone can be his next target.
I have a proof with me but will disclose it when the right time comes.
The madhuraj hospital has duty on his shoulders to find out and sue this compounder for doing such a deed.
Otherwise when other people get to know this they will take care of that health care worker.
