Food was outstanding but the mutton biryani was the worst one.never try the mutton biryani.others are awesome.

The waiters were least responsive. And the staff were engaged in their own arguments most of the time. Hope they improve this.

I will give negative to their service… they are so rude and taking everyone like we are eating here for free… not at all recommended

Place is good, has a big variety. Service is good and fast. Food is decent, not the most delicious. But well it is a place where many things can be found.

I would say Prices are affordable. And Tastes better!

Need to follow covid protocols, worst service ever, tasteless food, other customers were also too loudy did mutton and chicken biryani were worst of all time and tandoori handi chicken was also worst then ever starters were served last and roti was served at the beginning followed by handi chicken exactly after 20 minutes only the virgin mojito and crispy chicken was good not best but good. I will suggest not to eat from here to anyone.

This is an amazing food joint with various variety of nonveg and veg too.i love the taste of shami kabab.this is not so expensive budget friendly take away and dine

Mama chicken franky house is an always on option for people who loves to enjoy Street food with crowd around. The food quality and taste offered here is good enough to be enjoyed. The service is made very precised to serve in the most efficient way.
Food -
Tried Double egg roll - decent tasted and value for money.
Double chicken egg roll - super value for money and also tastes good enough.
Chicken seekh kebab - very well cooked seekh kebab with ample of green chutney and onion.
Manchurian - fairly good.
Butter chicken - tastes amazing and would suggest to take it with rumali rotis.
I recently tried both veg tandoori and Afghani momo's. Must say they were very good, and a must try out!

Huge hoardings attracted me towards this food joint, however, I personally was disappointed by the taste. Tried 2-3 food items, but the taste could have been better.

Butter chicken is a must try! Reshmi Malai tikka is also good in taste, but size of tikka is small.
Handi chicken should be avoided, and soft drinks was not available in our visit, only mocktails were available.

I have eaten veg Biryani, double egg roll and tanduri Afghani momos but I did not like the food it is tasteless, uncooked. I didn't not like it

Amazing food, decent ambience, low prices. Can't ask for anything more.
Visited in July 2021 and had Chicken Biryani, Kadhai Chicken and Tandoori Roti. All items were tasty, and of adequate quantity. Had all this for just 300 Rs.
If you are in Agra and love Chicken, I strongly recommend this place.

Visited on 26,27 August 2021. We tried chicken chili, mutton seek roll, chicken seek cabab roll, chicken roll with double egg, etc.etc. Amazing taste. Little overpriced, but worth. They have seating place too with AC, you ask them and they tell you where to sit, our else you can eat in front of the counters. Good ambiance too.
It's like order your food and carry. You order food on one counter, and pickup on the other. They are fast, no much waiting, if crowd is less.
We as tourists must be open to try their tastes. As for me chicken biryani was a new experience in taste.
But, must visit place in Agra. Have snacks, have meals, it's done.
DO VISIT. They have Veg menu also.

Pathetic service and food. Served raw chicken in chicken tikka. Even after complaining same dish was served. The server and the management were not following covid protocols. Highly recommend not to visit the outlet

The chicken dishes are really good.mouth watering. We had ordered egg-chicken rolls, chilli chicken (gravy) and parathas.
The stuffing in the rolls were delicious and the quantity was good, can't complain about that.
The chilli chicken (gravy) was spicy with lots of flavours playing in the mouth-perfect combo with the parathas.
The parathas were prepared in a unique way, on an inverted kadai. It was great to watch the process.
This is a must-visit food corner in Agra.

Just hype as earlier they have taste but now only gravy either you order chicken curry or tawa chicken the gravy is same. The full qunatity is haveing few pieces of chicken and is only sufficient for 2 people only.so if you want to eat mughlai taste then visit Nai ki mandi in Agra rather visiting Mama franky

Every item we tried was full of flavour. Good pricing and good variety. Recommended Specially: mouth melting banjara tikkas and seekh kebab

As Taj Mahal is famous in all over the world, same mama chicken is also famous in Agra.

Chicken roll was ok ok.decent not very great. Chicken malai tikka was good. Its a very famous known place in that vicinity known for its nonveg starter and fast food items. There is no sitting place there. You can stand and eat though. Queue is there all the time. Overall not bad.

I usually go there for having a meal (non-veg) there taste is just fantastic for me and for the maximum crowd how can relate with this place

Budget friendly and delicious street food. I was at first amazed the way this place was, kind of a chicken city The place is so busy at evenings that the chefs hardly get space to breathe. One thing that annoyed me was the constant sound through loudspeaker for order delivery. Loved the experience here

Quality is horrible. Gutter food. I had to visit the doctor for a week for getting my stomach upset after eating here. Stay away from those awful smilies restaurant. They serve very cheap and yuck food

Good marketing strategies can sometimes create legendary places like these. They dish out very regular not yao unique Frankies. Have it in many Vegetarian/Non vegetarian options. Most of the crowd is pulled by their one of a kind management, where order is sent from cashier to kitchen via microphones and speakers. Creates a ruckus, but brings in the moolah. No other similar options nearby, hence win win. Go there early to avoid maddening crowd.

Very good place to visit for the meals. You can get the meal with good service and taste. Best place for non vegetarian food ever.

Offers different food at day different stalls that are not situated too close to each other. They have a different veg stall, another stall for Momos and the last one for their non-veg dishes. Also, they have a small restaurant behind the stall they serve non-veg at. If not the restaurant they have side tables where you can stand and eat. Tastes good and is worth the money we pay for the food.

This place was well recommended by our hotel personnel and also for the people on line. For me. I didn't find was I was expected. The local was not clean and they were not waiting for customers. The food was regular

Best place for youth who love chicken, egg curry, rolls and chaaps. This is a street stall so u cant find sitting arrangements here.

Paradise of Chicken Tikkas and Sheik kababs. They deliver superfast in spite of the mass orders. Taste was awesome and chicken was so tender.

Very bad delivery, very very very unprofessional peoples, after taking order they give me a call after 1.5 hour, Mutton biryabi is finish so u can change ur order,
