Not at all a professional person picks a call on repeated reminders, post repair hardly the machine work for few days

Worst services of fridge repair. Only after few days of repairs fridge stop working and now they are not picking up the phone.very disappointing experience, be cautious.

They fixed my TV backlight, which did not last even 7 days. He did not come on scheduled time. Tried calling many times but he is not picking the phone.
Fraud behavior.

He does not pick up the calls. If he picks the calls he gives execuses. I am trying to call from the last 3 days.

The owner might be good in other services but he is not good with rented ACs.
First of all, he does not picks up calls and even if he does, he talks harshly and makes excuses that his workers are busy somewhere, he is at some customer's house, etc.
In the 2nd month of my rented AC, it started dripping in my living room. After calling numerous times, he sometimes picked up my calls and made excuses all of the time. I was fed up at last and didn't called again. I had to put a cloth under the AC where it was dripping.
In the 4th month, the AC stopped cooling altogether. He didn't even picked up my calls now. I even tried to contact him by going to his shop but funny enough, I could not even find his shop! He has provided some fake address and there is nobody who knows him in this area. At last, I had to call some other repairing shop and get it checked.
Please don't rent AC from here. This shop is not reliable.

He dont know the standing pressure of inverter Ac R410A gas. He filled half the gas pressure (which we were not aware). He told we guarantee 45days of gas charging. Dont worry and gave Bill and took. Away the money

As gas was charged half pressure only.
Ac was not cooling from 1st day.
We called 30 times in 10 days
He did not pick up the ph.

We took the second opinion and came to know gas pressure was filled is not sufficient and no leakage is there.

After so many calls he came and said i will take the entire Ac to my shop to check leakage. I told him there is no leakage.
He got angry as he got now no excuse to charge more money in name of leakages. And did not filled the gas.
Now i got why he filled less gas.

Either they are fools or oversmart to mint money by making fake commitments. Once you pay, you got into the loop and they make fake excuse /reason of faults in AC.

I write this review, only after he said i will not come and do whatever you want.

Person dont know, how to talk, dont have knowledge on latest air conditioner. Failed to do the services and dont pick up the calls. Dont fall into his trap. I will file Consumer court complaint for making public fool

Have know Mr. Heeralal for over 10 years now. Every time any electrical appliance needs servicing or repair we only call him as he is reliable and always available. Just got our washing machine serviced and led tv repaired by him. Highly recommend him for fast and quality service and after service.

Heeralal is a smart Machenic, he knows exactly where is the problem! Got my washing machine repaired. Good job
