The worst Dealership among all 4 Maruti dealers in Agra Though I am customer for getting service like Insurance & maintenance services since 2 years what I experience is they are very unprofessional & making false commitments, even there customer care is very much pathetic. Got no response for complaints raised.

Nice staff, limited parking and the main issue that is almost all Maruti dealers unnecessarily giving accessories with new vehicles which is a burden for customers.

बहुत ही बुरा Experience रहा है। कहते कुछ है और करते कुछ है। गाड़ी की धुलाई ओर सफाई भी अच्छी नही है। service advisor से कुछ काम करवाने के लिए कहा तो बताया ये हमारे यहाँ नही हो सकता है।

The biggest issue I faced here every time is parking. Very irritating they should find a way for it.

It is good place for buying new Maruti car but Don't go for service, you will get the worst experience here in prem motors.they highly charge you for services but eventually don't do their job properly. After sales, service and jobs are two main point which they need to improve for better customer satisfaction.
