The worst Dealership among all 4 Maruti dealers in Agra Though I am customer for getting service like Insurance & maintenance services since 2 years what I experience is they are very unprofessional & making false commitments, even there customer care is very much pathetic. Got no response for complaints raised.

It is good place for buying new Maruti car but Don't go for service, you will get the worst experience here in prem motors.they highly charge you for services but eventually don't do their job properly. My experience with this place has been very amazing. All the team members are co-operative and helpful. The behaviour of people are well mannered and all things are well and good.

NO ONE CARES FOR CUSTOMER. THERE SOLE MOTIVE TO TAKE CUSTOMER MOBILE NUMBER AND REPEATEDLY CALL THEM. ALL REPRESENTATIVE BUSY WITH FILES AND LEAST INTERESTED IN SHOWING ACTUAL CAR.
