I am very impressed from Shiva Motors Maruti Suzuki specially from Lekhraj ji. He is very kind, supportive and having very good Understanding on everything regarding spare parts, vehicle condition and everything. Workshop team and lekhraj jee has attended my issue but unfortunately the issue moved to TSM.workshop team did their job perfectly but the TSM not visited to service centre and simply taken a decision by viewing the photos.

Excellent, they my engine, they servised well m greatfull to that because of service of my car is save my car because mistakenly my driver get desiel to my car account of petrol, but the worker of the service centre gives our 100percent to save the engine.m very thankful to maruti service.

Every authorized service centre is good but the thing you remember before step in these centres konw about your vehicle try to observe your vehicle issues and open your eyes as well coz if you don't know anything about your vehicle then agar clutch cable change karke kaam hona hoga to uski jagah pura clutch he change kar degein clutch cable change average cost ₹ 1000 where as clutch set change 9000 so it's good to know your vehicle rather than trust us per jiski loyalty apne employer ke liye zayada hai

My vehicle back bumper got damaged near this workshop yesterday because a biker hit my car from backside. I visited this workshop at around 2: 30 pm they told me that bumper is out of stock and I will get my vehicle tomorrow, as I am from delhi and could not leave my vehicle for 2 days here so I requested the owner to please deliver this vehicle on same day. They just checked the live stock of other dealers and arranged the bumper immediately. Everything started working very fast, painting of bumper is started and is completed in few moments that too with perfect match.whole process is completed in less than 4 hours and they delivered my vehicle before dark.
