Went there for car body repair after accident.
At delivery after repair, from top everything seems fine.
But when I went for another repair at other Service Centre. I was surprised to hear that the work was not done upto the mark. There was too much rusting inside with improper denting.

Rahul Motors when you are charging full amount to customer then why such negligence.

My suggestion look for other service centre for body repairs.

The reason I visit this service station on every service is due to the level of commitment each worker has for the task assigned. They do there tasks so precisely that comes out as result of fantastic service quality.

I am visiting rahul motors from past seven years and always got best service. Staff behaviour is always welcome.

Several times, I have serviced my car. They are offering par excellent service. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Absolutely ranked among the worst Maruti service centers! Every time I took my car to this place, it came out in worse condition than it was before. They will appear to make a note of all the complaints - but will ignore most of them. No matter what problem your car has, they will wash your car nicely and deliver it - that is their secret to divert your attention from the core complaints they did not fix! Their workers are inexperienced and careless and every time I went there, they managed to put scratches across the body of the car and ruin the paint! So, here's their modus operandi - they will make you wait for hours and not fix all the problems. When you find out - they will apologize profusely and ask you to come the next day. They will even offer a pickup and drop! Be prepared for some very active canvassing to give them a good review on the Maruti Suzuki customer surveys!

Don't be fooled by the long list of escalation matrix they display all over the place - that's literally useless. Maruti Suzuki is not particularly good when it comes to customer service as they seem to tie up with some of the worst service providers in town. In the end, customers are stuck with a bad product and no service. Better to keep a long distance from this so-called "Category A Maruti Service Center". Even better - don't buy Maruti Suzuki cars altogether. I thought it would be a great idea to buy an Indian brand - but their service is pathetic. The road-side garages do a better job then these guys. I am regretting my decision to have bought a Maruti Suzuki car. And regretting it even more to have gone to this Rahul Motor service center. My brand new car now looks old, dull and scratched all over and I don't feel like driving it any more.

I had hassle free paid periodic maintenance service for my D'zire at Rahul motors sector 80 Noida. This is most convenient location for people from central Noida. I was promised PMS within 3 hours but they have completed in 2hrs 30min. Rahul motors provided free pickup and drop as per my scheduled appointment over phone. I found Shri Sattey Singh Chauhan and team of M/s Rahul Motors very cordial and cooperative. They have done the paid service at very reasonable cost. Keep it up Shri S S Chauhan & Team

Visited their workshop and wasted 45 mins in waiting for a service manager Nikki & Ajit to tell me if they will be able to repair the door handle of my car and then another 2 hours waiting for a call back which never happened. Then got the car handle replaced at another Maruti authorized service center within 15 minutes.
