I just completed my treatment with Max Noida and the Oncology day care team under Dr. Vikas Goswami / support staff of Max Noida is super helpful and always responsive for any queries. Special Thanks to Dr. Manisha as she has been supportive and always reachable for any queries I had over the course of time.

Such a bad experience I booked my appointment for 6: 10 at the neurologist service, it's 6: 40pm as I am writing it, the doctor is seeing the patient who's appointment was at 5: 00 pm, I have a kid with me, very poor service I am extremely dissatisfied, not the service I expected.

They always stuck with the lift.a building with single lift which don't support patients. Bad experience

So here goes for the hospital. The appointment was for 11: 30 am. The doctor comes in post 12. No call from the hospital for the delay and it seemed pretty usual. It's 12: 45 and still no update for the appointment. It seems like a total collapse. This is a private, one of the top hospitals in NCR and the situation is simply pathetic. Would not suggest a visit here and if it's an emergency, try some place else. Still trying to show #kindness by not mentioning the doctor's name.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Keshav Nathani for his outstanding care and expertise in fixing my six fractures near my eye, nose and suffered a serious facial injury. I was referred to Dr. Nathani by my primary care physician and I am so glad that I was.

Dr. Nathani was very knowledgeable about my condition and the best course of treatment. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.

On the day of my surgery, Dr. Nathani and his team were very professional and efficient. They made sure that I was well-informed and relaxed before the procedure. The surgery was a success and I am now on the road to recovery.

I am so grateful to Dr. Nathani for his skill and compassion. He has made a huge difference in my life and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to be his patient.

I got Injured on my leg by heavy item falling on my leg.went to max Noida 18 to get X-ray to ascertain bone fracture.to my surprise I was asked to move from one Desk to another and after sometime was told that they cannot do X-ray post prescription when doc should have been there at hospital I presume … really confused the way patient (myself) was treated.

Went there for preventive health checkup.
Pros,
1) Location
2) Cleanliness
3) Good Doctors & staff

Cons,
1) Took much time despite having less checkups.
2) No proper guidance for tests conducted. Had to follow myself to get each test done. Proper tracking was missing.
3) Space is less inside to accommodate patients.

Very very poor hospital, staff is too lazy they don't have manner how to talk with patient all are busy in gossip
Came here for health check up but after wrist experience I denied to check up.

I have been there for Annual health check up. Nice attends. Qualified technicians well equipped. Well organised. Complementary breakfast was well cooked. Reports for diagnosis were delivered within 6 hours. Higene is prioritise here. Check out for yourself.

After waiting for more than 1 hour, front desk executive Ms. Bennet realized that I am a walking patient. This us the first hospital I have visited that allows parent to book amount and can come anytime and still get the preference even if they appear after the booking slot. Never seen such a shameless staff in Max, Ms. Bennet broke all records.

Crowded on weekends. Too much waiting time.
My appointment was scheduled for 9am to 10am but it took more them 5 hours and 1 extra day to complete all tests.
Doctor was also in hurry, not checked reports property.

The general billing staff is not well trained.
They are not aware about the general panels which are covered by the hospital.
Billing staff members had different views about the panels covered by the hospital.
I end up wasting 1hr at the hospital.

Worst hospital application experience last month I booked an appointment which was canceled by your end and I have talked to more than 20 ppl till now but I didn’t got my refund.

The parking workers, just moved my vehicle without asking my pregnant wife who was inside the car. And had to jump off to save the collision. The hospital facility are poorly managed and the police FIR have not been in much progress by now.
Please avoid unless there is an emergency

I visited the dental department and met Dr. Keshav there. Trust me when I say this, he is not only a great doctor but also a great human being who cares for his patient and goes extra mile to make sure I get necessary support. I underwent a surgery under his supervision and the entire process was well managed. Despite some wait which is understandable, he always took care of me.
I felt more like a family member and less like a patient.
Kudos to the entire team out there specially Dr. Keshav, Dr. Meenal, Dr. Manisha and rest of the staff.

Gone for health checkup.takes lot of time in getting things done, not at all organized.
You need to keep on persuading staff to even get the required file.
They asked me to wait for 2.5 hours and later said that it's not possible to do the ultrasound test for the day.
If you get few days dedicated for health checkup then go for this.

Lacks very basic amenities for a good experience! Neither management nor the facility is upto the mark

They have poor patient handling service, people are going for health checkup and their staff don't have any visibility what to do, their reports getting delayed, doctors are not available. Not just me but almost all the patients having the same issue. A gross miss management system.

Worst experience for health checkup process. It is not done this way by any of the hospitals of this repute. Really pity how they are managing the show. This is my last visit to this hospital.

Pathetic service and the kind of nature they have is like a parasite. They just know to take money. Never gives any information about the fees and charges extra again when we go to doctor for the report consultancy. O my god! To see the report who asks for fee again within a week. Unnecessary money waste as they refer you to their laboratory for the test.they have around 22k only for the reports of gallbladder cyst. I was very much disappointed with the service. My mother first had a appointment with Dr Kanika gupta in 22nd afternoon slot. We reached there but she left without cancelling the appointment. Later she said she forgot to do so. I was ok with it. I connected her on WhatsApp thn.
Later at evening my mother went to Dr Nidhi Agarwal the same day. She paid a registration fee 200 and 800 her consultant fee. She asked to perform few tests which they recommended to Izen diagnostic, costs rs 18k. And again a sample test was done on 22nd July which cost 1800rs separately. The report came on 26th July.after all this of hustle my mother went with all reports alone and they asked to pay consultant fee again. She requested so many times that nobody informed that we need to come within 3 days so why do you charge again just to see the reports.

She had word with Dr nidhi she said her that you come along with someone take appointment by paying fee. Than she will speak to you with patience.

Went to Max multi speciality centre at Noida for an executive preventive health checkup for three of us - me, my spouse and my son. Total experience was very good for appointment scheduling, report collection and follow up visit with respective consultants. Highly unprofessional staff.
Payment is of utmost importance than patient care. I'm visiting for a consultation and the doctor is still not in the center but the receptionist (Sonam) made me pay first. The money isn't running anywhere, comfort the patient first. And if the hospital is so worried about money then please put up a board that pay first.

I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 for the effort taken up by the hospital team to check for the concern. Appreciate that.

Not punchual. No timely delivery of test and reports. Only u ll charged a high amount for each and every treatment. Staffs are not giving any peferct information about the consultation fees. You need to take the followups for your resports. They don't even bother after charging the amount for tests.

Noida Max hospital has just started ophthalmology department headed by Dr Raja Ivan Singh. He is very senior good ophthalmologist. He has operated cataract surgery of my wife who is a cancer patient. Operation was successful and she was discharged same day from the hospital. The other team members were very cooperative. OPD executive Mr Atul, Mr Vineet are very friendly and helpful.physical eye checkup department was well managed by two young ladies Ms Mantsha and Ms Rimsha who use checkup eye pressure, eyesight number before consulting the senior doctor Dr Raja Ivan Singh. We are fully satisfied with pre op and post operation and services by Max Hospital Noida and their other staff.we are thankful to Dr Raja Ivan Singh for the treatment given to my wife Mrs Gera.

Pathetic services. No one cares about patient. If you an appointment still You will have wait for hours. Totally waste of money and time.

Max is my family health care hospital from alomost two decades. After long period, visiting this Noida center, i found much corporate feel. More commercial. Doctors i have consulted in past and present are good but management and specially floor management needs lot of improvement, patient care, proper waiting area and most important courtesy from staff towards patients and there attendents. Politeness should be the key factor while dealing with patients and attendents.

Worst experience ever. Till the time they have not shared report. It was 3-4 days when they taken the test. Charged a high amount for test and everything but till the time they have not given the report. Naam bade or darshan chote. Will never recommend it to anyone

Very unprofessional and casual attitude. Doctor cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before without specifying any reason. I have had a similar experience before. Will never visit this hospital again.

Severe lack of coordination amongst teams. When I called at 12pm, they gave me an appointment for 12: 30. I urged it was not possible to reach by then. They said I can reach until 1pm.

On reaching, the doctor was gone.

I even called at 12: 33 about not being able to pay online, they said I can pay at hospital.

NOT ONCE THEY CHECKED MY ETA OR DOCTOR’S AVAILABILITY.

The Doctor’s attendant tells me I was late. Just because call person had to complete their KRA, it wasted my time and money.

Such an awful experience hate the hospitality today I went eye care dr. Rinky I had problem around my eye thought that this is the problem in my eyes but I wasn’t very sure so I asked shall I see dermatologist or ophthalmologist that dr got to know that I had problem in skin but unnecessarily for charging her consultancy fees she jst written the one normal eye ointment and refer to dermatologist though there was no dematologist at that time she told me to take appointment for tomorrow and pay consultancy fees again fr dermatologist conclusion they are jst concerned about their fees unnecessarily they charged me and haven’t given me a good advice and treatment. I asked them that if I have problem in my skin why should I pay 2 times consultancy fees but they were saying no the dr has seen u once u have to pay again fr dermatologist. Disappointed will never recommend this hospital

Costomer care is worst. I called two times.and I asked a question.both lady rudely hung up the call. I don't like such attitude towards people.

Signed up for the covid vaccine, paid, for three people. Just no other word for it, complete s**tshow - massively overbooked, long lines, a lot of bureaucracy, hot and unpleasant environment (they didn't even have the decency to allocate air-conditioned space, people had to wait outside in the hundreds).

In my view, unsafe. They had far too many in far too small a space, in closely packed lines, and just a parade. Unsafe, especially during the pandemic. Awful people.

Upon signing up, paying nearly a thousand rupees each for just a simple jab, I expected that the scheduling would be accurate and the hospital would allocate resources to ensure that the jab delivery was swift and wait-free. Why bother with paid jabs, otherwise?

Awful experience, and clear profiteering on the part of the hospital - opening far larger blocks of jabs than they could handle with a reasonable customer experience. Awful, a typical and unethical hospital to avoid at all costs.

Excellent service of Max Hospital at Noida, sector- 19, I visited for COVID vaccination and I got my shot within 5 minutes really amazing. Keep it up

There is no parking available at hospital which is a huge pain.
Infrastructure is quite small and cluttered, however, charges are quite high. Better to visit other hospitals/or other branches of max.

It's a shame that Max Noida is such a Scam. I have been a client of Max Hospital for last 5 years. But Noida branch Mr Devinder Singh, security manager also reported that they dont have any parking.

I am having treatment my father with Dr sajjan rajpurohit in Max health care with good environment and friendly hospitality.

I visited the Hospital for my mother's consultation. The infrastructure and staff was very professional and caring. The facilities were also great in the premises.

PATHETIC SERVICE AND BEHAVED LIKE MONEY QUENCHERS and the staff has no clue on what to do.we went to see the dental doctor because of tooth ache and the doctor pushed to get the RCT done on a 10 years old child and rip off money on the same day they charged us consultation 500 + RCT 5600 (it costs around 3200 in a good clinic outside) + tooth X-ray charges 500. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY ARE RIP YOU OFF ANY CHANCE THEY WILL GET. BEWARE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LEARN FROM OUR SAD EXPERIENCE

Max hospital is a best hospital in Noida.when I visited at max hospital Noida for routine check-up the first impression of all the staff was very polite and smiling. Overall all staff was so helpfull. Services are best. Food quality is super. And i will give them 100 out of 100 for the hygiene.

Extremely poor experience. It is a small outfit of Max Hospital. I had booked an appointment with one Dr. Nikunj Agarwal, re some serious lower back pain. When I arrived at the Centre there were very hardly any patient in the OPD. My appointment was at 11 am, and doctor had yet to arrive. I could see the next patient was at 12.00 noon only. After about 30 minutes or so, I was conveniently informed that the doctor has had an “emergency “ and would arrive at 12.30 or so. Since I was having my problems, I booked with another doctor in some other hospital. To rub salt on the wound, got an sms “alert” from Max that I am late for my appointment. I got quite cheesed off and rang up the given number. The lady at the other end sweetly told me Sir it is system generated. My suggestion is that upgrade your system to find out if the patient is late or the doctor!
Anyways, have had very good experience at other Max units like the one in Saket and Vaishali.but would avoid the Noida Centre, or any such smaller units in future, unless there is extreme emergency.

Worst hospital the all staff of this hospital don't know how to talk to a person and even dr also I don't think so we will visit again for treatment I think government hospital better than this hospital because they know how to talk to person this hospital staff talk rudely like we are their servent I think according to me this hospital should banned.
